It's never too late to start believing in yourself. I would like to share something with you which has helped me a lot. I have big dreams and big goals that sometimes seem unattainable but what I've learned is to always break down my big goals into small attainable micro goals. Then work out a plan and take action to reach those micro goals. Every time I achieve a micro goal, I check it off my list knowing that one day I will look up and will have attained my big goal. So the more goals I accomplish, the more I believe that it's highly possible.My life had been constantly the same for years. Nothing seemed to change. But with this new approach I started noticing big changes.The beauty about life is, you can always change your story. I hope this helps.
