Yanno, my mom is 71 and has turned into the most picky eater! I am so gonna try these recipes! One that I will share is my kielbasa sweet and sour. Cut the kielbasa into not size pieces. Then saute an onion and pepper. Garlic to your taste. Then mix in about 1/4 cup low salt soy sauce with 3-4 tablespoons of brown sugar. Cool the kielbasa in and place over either rice or spaghetti! My mom LOVES this dish! The sky color hides the onions and peppers so she eats it! Win win!

And you can make it in the instant pot too if you want!

I get excited when you use your air fryer because I have the same one and other videos I have seen they have other ones and the food does not turn out for me for some reason using their time/temp so when you use yours it really helps me to have mine turn out the same, I hope that made sense haha.

And next, why are you not using your chopper for all those peppers and onions? 😋 I used it to make my potato and ham soup (for onion and potatoes both!) this week and it was wonderful! You could just spray a non stick pan with cooking spay and cook the on each side for a minute or two on each side, then fill them.They they get warm and a little toasted and just perfect.
