I think it was stated in DS9 that a Jem Hadar battleship is around the equal of 3 galaxy class ships, so perhaps you could try out that scenario in BC remastered to see how close it is to that?

Wow, BC Remastered really has the Dominion BB totally overpowered. The line from "Valiant" says it's twice the size and three times the strength of a Galaxy class. It should be a lot more even with a Sovereign.

Certainly a Sovereign should fare better than a Galaxy Class but the Sovereign should not be 3x or even 2x as powerful as a Galaxy class

@@AdmiralStilesSciFiGaming It practically is twice as powerful as the Galaxy class. It's phasers are more advanced, rapid fire quantum torpedoes which are twice as powerful, better shielding, ablative hull armor!

Yes but it's pretty unlikely to miss a huge battleship with phasers tbh. If you do, it must mean there's something terribly wrong with your targeting computers.

Great video! I personally don't like the BC Remastered modd as I feel it's far from canon. I'm not always one for the whole canon thing though but BCR just goes overboard. With Kobayashi Mari, I did my best to accurately tweak mods using whatever canon information I could find (including plain observation when Goigle doesn't help). In that sense, I much prefer KM. Is it possible to tweak mods in BCR though? I should give it a try. You are right though, having more of a challenge does make it more fun! In that case I usually throw in more enemy ships for the challenge. Thanks for your videos, they are always fun to watch. I'm enjoying doing my own on my Just Wing It channel. Great suggestion to run a rebalance in BCR, I'd have to see if the files are editable.
Do you only do bridge commander vids in your channel?

@@AdmiralStilesSciFiGaming I also do Star Trek Online, Forza Horizon 4, Counterstrike GO, X-Plane 11 (Airwolf is my most popular), gonna do DC Universe Online, Armada III and hoping to do Tomb Raider too. I also do history, photography and will start doing touring and cooking. Even art and builds.

This makes the jem’hadar battleship not seem so intimidating when a sovereign can pick off its shields so quickly and then comfortably blast it to pieces. Of course, that is with kobayashi Maru.

All of you guys are wrong. None of those mods are accurate and the truth is somewhere between them.
