The weather is sultry, so it’s perfect for cold salad, and the spicy sauce will whet your appetite. The duck tongue marinated in spicy sauce is so spicy and flavourful that you can’t stop eating it! Put the spicy duck tongue into the soup noodles and cook it to turn into spicy soup noodles.
Duck tongue 300g
2 chives
3 slices of ginger
A little rice wine
Spicy juice
Garlic 1-2 tablespoons
5 chili peppers
Red pepper 1.5 teaspoons
Green Sichuan peppercorns 2 tsp
1 teaspoon red pepper powder
White sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
Sichuan pepper oil/olive oil 4 tablespoons
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce 1.5 tablespoons
sea salt 1 tsp
Brown sugar 2 teaspoons
pepper a little
sesame oil 2 tsp

天氣悶熱,很合適涼拌,再配合麻辣令胃口大開,麻辣汁醃製鴨舌,香辣惹味,好吃到停不了口! 把麻辣鴨舌放入湯麵內煮,就可以變成麻辣湯麵。

米酒 少許

蒜頭 1-2湯匙
辣椒 5條
紅花椒 1.5茶匙
青花椒 2茶匙
大紅椒粉 1茶匙
白芝麻 1湯匙
花椒油/橄欖油 4湯匙
豉油 1湯匙
蠔油 1.5湯匙
海鹽 1茶匙
紅糖 2茶匙
