    Smart Feeders
Shock-proof, red grills lay on top of feed to reduce feed loss inside and outside the cage. Removable feeding troughs hold 5 pounds of feed each. Customers claim to save 30% more of their feed with the flexible, shock-proof grills.
    Egg Rollers
The tilted, elliptical flooring delivers un-cracked eggs to the roll-out tray below. Removing the eggs from the living space ensures clean, manure-free eggs, every time! Never worry about disturbing your quail to remove eggs! We all know how that can be.
    Automatic Drinkers
Refillable, 5.2 gallon, water tank uses an anti-algae, silicone hose to deliver filtered water through an anti-bacterial PVC square pipe to 9 steel nipple drinkers. Drinker cups are attached below the nipple drinkers to prevent bird wetting and to keep the manure dry. The seamless watering nipple system promotes the highest level of hygiene.
    Elliptical Flooring
Flexible flooring makes standing, walking, spawning and mating more comfortable. This results in higher egg production rates and fewer feet problems. ComfortplastTM elliptical flooring is used, instead of galvanized wire, to create a rust-proof, safe, comfortable and hygienic environment for your quail.
    Stackable Tier Design
Cimuka quail cages are designed to be stacked with additional quail layers or ca be mix-&-matched with different poultry cages and chick brooders. Customize your perfect breeding experience with this stackable, durable and long-lasting tiered system!

Good Company, Great customer service, but we had a lot of trouble assembling the product following this video and the written instructions. Part tolerances are just too tight and plastic is too warped to get it together without breaking a few pieces along the way. Could not even get the waterer in without a mallet.

Can you use the auto fill drinking cups like the ones in the quail brooder instead?

You certainly can! Our collection of water pipe drinkers and cups are interchangeable with the water pipe system.

It's 12:40am and I am sooooo frustrated, the pegs of my 3 layer cage are not staying in the holes of the sides. I can't go any further. Anyone had this problem? If so, I would welcome any advice please. Thank you

Oh gosh! Did you try using a rubber mallet to provide a little extra strength when pushing the parts together? We can walk you through it over the phone as well: (800) 511-1369

I am having the same problem - I don’t know how much stronger we have to be or how much harder we have to hit with a mallet to secure. I have puts tons of complicated things together before but this is beyond! I watched tons of reviews before buying this and it looked much easier than this. I will call for support on Monday and hopefully they can help!

@@ginamurrableHi Gina, I contacted Hatching Time after that. I sent pictures in and they pointed out were I was not aligning the arrows properly and inverting the tops of the cages. I have not been able to go back and reassemble them, but it makes great sense. They are super great folks that will work with you to get it right. Good luck!

The plastic is warped and will not fit properly. I put mine together but it was never snug. My wife did a better job than I did, admittedly, and she is going to take a heat gun to the feed trays because they too are warped like a bow and spring up. I found the best way to get it together is start with the rods first, otherwise they will just pop off. Not happy with this cage. The quail do not have much room, either.

@@gordonsrus Thanks for sharing. I will try that on one that is not quite right still.

We are VERY CONFUSED about the black legs.
You’re putting the open-grooved side of the black legs facing out, instead of facing in toward the cage.
We are at a stopping point because that just doesn’t “seem” like it would be the right or “attractive” thing to do.
We’re in the middle of this process right now. If ANYONE can, please, advise... we’d be thankful (because it is after hours).

We are here to help, even after hours!
The black side struts should touch the aluminum rod with the open groove side facing out. Once the unit is assembled with the top and bottom frame, the design holds together very nicely. If you freeze the video and look closely, you can see that the side strut will face “out”. I hope this helps!

What is the capacity of each layer?

    • @HatchingTime
      @HatchingTime  4 роки тому

We suggest 15-21 birds per layer. Let us know if you need any other assistance.
