Awesome setup! Go change your smoke alarm batteries! You have a little one in the house! It made me go check all of mine haha
Great tutorial. I have been wanting to do one of these for some. I actually wanted to have a bunch of friends over to make these. Thanks for bringing us another unique idea with plants!
Change the battery in your smoke alarm!
I’m a member at the BAS New York aquarium Coney Island , Loved your presentation
Thanks for the info on the Aquatic Experience. I live in NJ so I’ll be going.
My mom went ape when she saw her pantyhose in the tank.
dennis 😄
YOu know what else can be just as estheticallly appealing? Making some kind of food that looks like those moss balls. Seems you could easily make food look like that. Could be a chocolate lava ball with shredded mint on top or even a large meatball.
New type. :D
I remember when I was a teen this was a new thing, but that was about 10years ago. Good to start things as they are new for us, with the Zen Buddhist's beginer mind.
I just use sphagnum moss and pumice stone inside. No soil.
H2O Plants Sphagnum only works better long term - they don’t disintegrate. I’ve had one going no problem for 18 months. The ones you get in Japan from ADA are similar to sphagnum and made from rice straw.
you just gave me a new project to try out this looks so amazing
Very nice idea. Is there an alternative to the clay soil or is that the only method to this??
Very cool technique!! And you make it look super easy to start. Didn't that chirping alarm drive you nuts??
So cool to see someone do a video on this! If you started with tissue cultured plants would you still have to do it like this? 🤔
wow this is a great idea thanks
SPRINGTAILS would have cleared the mold!
Very interesting thanks
I am following you on Instagram, now new subscriber here.
I think they look very cool, you are going to do that tank with the wabikusa theme scape?
Hi how much of the panty ho do you use to make a wabi
kusa and do you tie it up and put holes in the panty ho to put your plants in as I am going to have a go at making some as I have just bought three of ebay and wondered how they made them as I have some fluval stratum great video
oh I could just picture a tank with duckweed on the surface and a wabi kusa that looks kind of like the grass of the wetlands sitting on top of a branch going down into the water, like a submerged tree stump that's been overgrown...
Brilliant ✌
Excellent video and beautiful aquariums. I used to have one but then I didn't have space to keep it. Also I want to give a suggestion without any malice at all, as a guy's opinion, you should trim the beard. It really distracts from your personality because it is just disproportionate in size. Just make it shorter.
Very kool....
Oo I want to try this but don’t have enough spare plants
You need a bigger gap for air
What did you use to wrap it?
Where is the process to make wabi kusa
Cool 😎
was it land moss or underwater one?
What's your room temperature?
low battery!! xD but what a cool vid!
👍🏆
What s kind of moss!
Plant tribils
