    Beautiful! I'm certain that you know, but, just a heads up to anyone who is unaware...run hot water over and stone used for such use...it's coated in a waxy film to preserve a glossy look by the company making them most often. It causes the film to leach into the water of your plants. Rinsing it with prevent that.

    I did wonder at first while you're grinding up the air soil pellets, when I saw you add the sphagnum and water I kind of figured it out. I like the way you constructed that. Like a floral arrangement when finished.

    Awesome video! I just found out about these wabi kusa and fell in love. Just one question, how do you keep away algae and/or mold to form? Not sure, but if the jar is covered these things are very likely to happen.

    • @TheUrbanNemophilist
      @TheUrbanNemophilist  9 місяців тому +2

      Thanks. Water changes will prevent algae. Mold, if appears, will need to be manually removed until the setup settles down. I did not face any mold issues with this.

    Its really beautiful beyond doubt. But aquiring these plants and different mosses is quite a task. And Anubias is quite expensive.

    • @TheUrbanNemophilist
      @TheUrbanNemophilist  3 роки тому

      Thanks. These are plants are quite common. Procuring them has never been a challenge.

    • @harryme472

      I have to agree about the Anubias Farah , they are quite expensive here too.
      I guess it all depends on where in the world you live.
      The good news is that you can find some type of moss in almost every area on earth.
