Khaos Theory: Given how cutesy they are together throughout the cinematics, He thinks they’re trying to elope and is constantly following them to a nonexistent wedding where in his mind he is waiting to say “I Object”

@@slobiden.2593 Yeah , I've had him post up outside the clocktower a few times now as well , usually he is pacing around out there and on hardcore difficulty he actually helps you by punching the zombies that get in his way outside the clock tower. sort of breaks them up and makes it easier to run past them when you do leave the tower. just make sure he is near the library door when you exit and not the east storage door , or he'll be in your way trying to run to the chief's office.
I remember when I first played this game and one of my first thoughts was, “so I’m getting chased by zombies and an indestructible monster and all my character can co is jog lightly? They didn’t think to put in a f**king sprint button?” Still a great game though.
There's an easier way. Make no noise. Just like sneaking past lickers. If you're not in the same room as Mr X, or even out of his line of sight, he'll lose you.
I'm doing scenario B and the issue I have is that there are zombies around the licker in the hallway so I'm forced to alert that mother fucker along with the zombie group, and Mr. X
@@AnthonyCheeseborough apparantly mr x is only triggered by either putting out the helicopter or entering the stars office, depending which scenario you are doing. Leave those areas until you have done as much of RPD as you can.

You want to survive use the infinite rocket luncher no other weapon is going to help you you might either get killed or just need to keep on running which isn’t run
I stumbled onto something interesting. It seems Mr. X can't follow you into the East Corridor on 1st floor of the RPD (the one that leads to the basement). I tested it out, and I made noise that drew Mr. X into the hall that connects the stairwell with the Main Hall. He wandered back and forth looking for me, but he never crossed the threshold of the door connecting to the East Corridor. Strange. If someone knows something different about this, let me know.
You can use flashbacks just to run from him but don't get to close or he will still punch around because all I had to use was 3 flashbangs and i didn't even have to put a bullet in is head
I was so freaked out when I first saw him and I was ready to give up the game but now I realized he's really easy just keep quiet and tiptoe away and if you see him, run like hell. You're faster than him. He'll get lost.
My only complaints about this game is: too much bullets reguired to kill a zombie, they could have count it down 1/3 and still you would need 4-7 headshots. And very large hitbox Leon has, and that is the greatest flaw. Otherwise the game was better than i expected, a serious candidate for game of the year, even though 2019 has just started.
@@user-ih6oe9ny3jyou think ammo is limited?? Do you play standard or hardcore...I thought the ammo in standard is generous but i waste it too quickly because my aim is horrific lol
If he's on your tail, head to a safe room & wait until you hear his footsteps sound like he's walking away. After s short while, creep out the door to see where he's going & make sure he doesn't see you. If he's going in the direction of where you want to go & there's no safe alternate path, follow him using the camera to look around the corner through the hallway he's in until he goes in a different direction. Note that he will occasionally stop to look behind him so always make sure there's a corner or doorway your camera is looking around too keep yourself out of his line of sight. If he goes in a different direction than you need to go you SHOULD be safe for a brief time until you make noise (more on that later). If you hear his "light" footsteps then he's either on a different floor or a close room. Theorize which of the two it is & either A) go into a room/path opposed to where it is & make a few detours if he's in a different room or B) use a route that doesn't get close to a flight of stairs that would bring him to your level if he's above or below you. Also note that avoiding combat with enemies is best if you hear his heavy or light footsteps as it means he can hear you & head in your direction. Move around zombies & lickers if you can & if you MUST fight a zombie shoot it once in the head to daze it then move until Mr X's footsteps fade. If your Leon, save your Mag ammo to shoot Mr X once or twice in the head to stun him. If you stun him at all he will be down for about 30 seconds. Use a flashbang & he'll be stunned for about 10.
i pulled off a CRAZY trick with claire on scenario B, never seen anyone do this. I triggered the helicopter being lifted and immediately did a quick turn, ran away and got near the benches. I heard his footsteps get more quiet though. checked back inside the hallway, and he was gone, walked down and he had gone past the waiting room.
Before you get to him... Board all the windows very early, many less zombies to kill. Clear all the halls of lickers with the knife. (Easy, even on Hardcore) After he is chasing you around. #1 Don't run if he isn't chasing you running attracts him within a couple minutes. #2 Don't shoot, shooting attracts him in under a minute. (Unless you have a suppressor like Claire's SMG) #3 If the music stops, he has lost sight of you. Play hide and seek by walking
I am playing on hard and just met Mr x. Sadly I have few to none ammo/herbs and zombies/lickers are still present throughout the station. So, I think I am screwed.... and no Ink ribbon either. I guess I will restart the game on normal. As a veteran player of original RE2 this is a tough decision. Good job Capcom :)
Use the infinite rocket luncher that’s how to survive resident evil 4 I can’t say the same cause they didn’t give Leon unlock all as they did for resident evil 2 -3.
What I did to survive Mr. X (right now im still at RPD) is to wait in the the safe room of west wing near the safety deposit room and western office until I heard him open doors and run off. That kept him away a bit longer
Tips: 1. Walk when you can afford to. It will alert him when you run. But if you see him, run! 2. Do not shoot off his fedora. 3. You can hide in the interrogation room. 4. Try to shoot as little as possible. Or not at all, if you can. 5. If he’s on your tail, a great way to lose him is by leading him to the main reception area, up the stairs, through the east side waiting room, and then run to the fire escape, down a floor, enter back in through the East office, and run through it back into the main reception area. He’ll get all turned around in the east side, and he loses track of you. It’s a great way to gain yourself minutes of freedom to get what you need to get done.
Walk away from him. Yes, walk. As long as you keep moving and you don't look at him, he can't lay a finger on you. Learned that when I entered a hallway with lickers and Mr. X joined in.
The music called ‘black impact' makes it that much more intense especially when them big footsteps are approaching especially when he starts fast walking it gets even scarier and it’s even worse when you know you can’t kill him I haven’t got killed by him but I do hear that if he grabs you and lifts you up and you don’t have a defense item that he crushes your face but it’s not shown on camera due to resident evil 4s uncensored decapitation when the chainsaws cut your head off
I didn’t know he couldn’t come through the clock tower, chief’s office nor stars office, I actually expected him to come through those rooms and I thought I was just being careful enough
Him showing up in the A scenario certainly caught this RE2 vet by surprise. It gave me that nice "oh crap" moments when I first ran into him in the original when he broke through the walls of the media room.
Do you have any tips and tricks for surviving this big bad?

@@slobiden.2593 Yeah , I've had him post up outside the clocktower a few times now as well , usually he is pacing around out there and on hardcore difficulty he actually helps you by punching the zombies that get in his way outside the clock tower. sort of breaks them up and makes it easier to run past them when you do leave the tower. just make sure he is near the library door when you exit and not the east storage door , or he'll be in your way trying to run to the chief's office.
The easiest way to survive mr.x is................. UNINSTALL THE GAME 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
the easy way too survive mr x in not too uninstall the game its too know where he is and when too know where too go and try too stay out of his sight.
@@wymankemble9227 I was wayy to afraid of him, the game was already creepy enough. So I made sure to keep soo much distance between us.
I remember when I first played this game and one of my first thoughts was, “so I’m getting chased by zombies and an indestructible monster and all my character can co is jog lightly? They didn’t think to put in a f**king sprint button?”
Still a great game though.
There's an easier way. Make no noise. Just like sneaking past lickers. If you're not in the same room as Mr X, or even out of his line of sight, he'll lose you.
@@GoodLaw It's a very slow and patient process. But it works. It's how I did it just the night before I wrote my comment. You got this. 💪
*runs circle around the library/record room until he leaves* imagine if he was like alien isolation.
@@ollierussell88 so I probably fucked myself because I went to the helicopter and the ladder broke lmao

Claire: "oh you're approching me?"
Mr X: "i can't beat the shit out of you without getting closer..."
Claire: "hoho then come as close as you like..."

Claire: "You see that Leon?"
Leon: "See what?"
Claire: "Mr X's legs haven't healed up yet"
Leon: "And?"
Claire: "those are our ticket... we'll use up our feet"
Leon: "Use our feet to what?"
Claire : "Use it to runaway... Leon!" (Nigerundayoooo)
the room under the big statue - safe spot
You want to survive use the infinite rocket luncher no other weapon is going to help you you might either get killed or just need to keep on running which isn’t run
You can run, you can hide but you can't escape his love
My favourite reaction to mr.X:
"Kurwa Gestapo!"
Reakcja każdego Polaka XD
If u hear *"X is gonna give it to ya"*
RUN!
Tyrant: why r u running? Why r u running..?
Until we mod him out of the game .....
Yaaassss.
And it was on ps4
Where's the fun in that
You can already glitch him out
@@sgc316 how?!?! XD I had my brother play it and when he left I was scared again
I was so freaked out when I first saw him and I was ready to give up the game but now I realized he's really easy just keep quiet and tiptoe away and if you see him, run like hell. You're faster than him. He'll get lost.
Me: *Shoots Mr.X two times in the head with the infinite rocket launcher*
Mr.X : DENIED
You might fear Mr. X, but even Mr. X checks his closet for Hunk before he goes to bed.
Exactly, and ammo is limited too
@@user-ih6oe9ny3jyou think ammo is limited??
Use a flashbang & he'll be stunned for about 10.
run and keep running.
it worked for me...
I never even thought about trying to fight this dude
when he showed up I almost pooped my pants
i pulled off a CRAZY trick with claire on scenario B, never seen anyone do this. I triggered the helicopter being lifted and immediately did a quick turn, ran away and got near the benches. I heard his footsteps get more quiet though. checked back inside the hallway, and he was gone, walked down and he had gone past the waiting room.
When he lifts the chopper, if he doesn't immediately see you, he'll backtrack to the inner hallway. Usually.
Nice video. Gave you a thumbs up.
Personally I think MrX isn't enjoyable. Yeah, he's scary, but he's not fun.
He's not meant to be fun. Do you think he's chasing you all over the place because he wants to play hop scotch?
@@anthonyortiz3142 Games are meant to be fun dude. He's just annoying once the initial shock is gone.
@@djpureburns3077 Believe it or not, hardcore RE fans asked for this.
Yeah true, but they didn’t do him as good as they could have, he’s more annoying
Before you get to him...
Board all the windows very early, many less zombies to kill. Clear all the halls of lickers with the knife. (Easy, even on Hardcore)
After he is chasing you around.
#1 Don't run if he isn't chasing you running attracts him within a couple minutes.
#2 Don't shoot, shooting attracts him in under a minute. (Unless you have a suppressor like Claire's SMG)
#3 If the music stops, he has lost sight of you.
See this is why i only play on easy mode
Use the infinite rocket luncher that’s how to survive resident evil 4 I can’t say the same cause they didn’t give Leon unlock all as they did for resident evil 2 -3.
Bad advice. He won’t follow you into any save room except the main hall...
False
@@_.Dylan._ It's verifiably true. This is a fact.
@@cinatiropel I don’t know why I commented this maybe I didn’t see him say “except the main hall” idk I’m dumb
What I did to survive Mr. X (right now im still at RPD) is to wait in the the safe room of west wing near the safety deposit room and western office until I heard him open doors and run off. That kept him away a bit longer
This thing made me scream, bro had to appear at the time I had no bullets or grenade😭🙏
I really liked the tyrant music. It's so ntense and scary.
Original or remake?
Everywhere I go, I can’t seem to escape from hearing Dex’s voiceovers.
Does anybody see him looking like Dolph lundgren? Or just me 😂
Tips:
Well mister X looks like the Terminator
Walk away from him. Yes, walk. As long as you keep moving and you don't look at him, he can't lay a finger on you.
Learned that when I entered a hallway with lickers and Mr. X joined in.
Stay quiet; he won't find you as fast
Mr. X doesn’t follow you into safe rooms either, tho….
He's scary, like seriously he's like a T-800.
A good tip is just walk everywhere. He won’t hear you from other rooms
I wish they would have left him on scenario B. Oh well
nope, he's everywhere.
Even in your sleep o_o
i wish that to
The music called ‘black impact' makes it that much more intense especially when them big footsteps are approaching especially when he starts fast walking it gets even scarier and it’s even worse when you know you can’t kill him I haven’t got killed by him but I do hear that if he grabs you and lifts you up and you don’t have a defense item that he crushes your face but it’s not shown on camera due to resident evil 4s uncensored decapitation when the chainsaws cut your head off
So satisfying seeing William kill Mr X.
Just started playing this game, it’s the first full game of resident evil I’ve played. I’m scared shitless because of him!
yes he is fucking terrifying. but too terrifying.. will i be able to even finish this game happily? i like my slow pace but not it’s too much.
I been playing this game for years but i still pause the game take a breather and unpause then scream my lungs out
I cant play the game, this thing is terrible
I didn’t know he couldn’t come through the clock tower, chief’s office nor stars office, I actually expected him to come through those rooms and I thought I was just being careful enough
Predator would love to fight Mr.x
I hear his footsteps and am hiding in the clock tower
They should not have included mr x as he does exactly what nemesis does in number 3
Do you not realize what you are saying right now? "They should have kept him out in THE SECOND game because THE THIRD game did it better"
Nemesis has a bazooka,
Him showing up in the A scenario certainly caught this RE2 vet by surprise. It gave me that nice "oh crap" moments when I first ran into him in the original when he broke through the walls of the media room.
He cant enter the girls bathroom.
no he cant. im just looking yes he can.
He is a trans Mr. X so he can go in any bathroom he wants in this version
@@kylen4701 you obviously don't know what "Mr" means then
here is a fact if you are terrified just know that mr x cannot catch you even if you walk {full health ofc }
Imagine NEMESIS on RE 3 remake.................WERE DOOMED!!!!!
Here's a better tip: don't even bother wasting ammo on him, and just run. If he grabs you, use a sub weapon. Wasting ammo on him is just pointless.
Cornered and can’t run flash bang is your friend
0:43 😂😂😂 that was me when I realized Mr. X always comes back and keeps coming for me
How do you kill mr. X in Resident Evil 2 please I need help
Its impossible
Just like the alien in alien isolation
Can't until the end of the game
u can't but dr william can
Impossible. Just shoot his hat off for the trophy and run
