It’s another beautiful day and today we are making everyone’s favorite MEXICAN FLAN better than any store and restaurant the best flan is made at home! PRO TIP!!!!
✅dont over cook it,this causes flan to break and will give it a strong egg taste, I personally don’t like my deserts to taste like egg regardless of that being the main Ingredient used
✅ you can make the flan thicker by using g a smaller mold or making little individual ones
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
5 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp Mexican vanilla blen
Lime juice
1 can evaporated milk
1 can heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 serving of love 💕

Made this for my dads birthday today and it came out super delicious! Thank you! I’ve tried other recipes and I will stick with yours from now on!
Thanks for the recipe the added heavy cream, salt and lemon makes it taste so much better than other recipes I've had before... I did tweak it a bit to make it faster to make by putting it 30 min in the instapot just had to separate it into 2 containers and gauge the caramel to fit accordingly.
Finally! Someone who makes it the way I grew up making it! Everyone throws it in the oven but it tastes so much better on the stove top. So soft and creamy
