This video has come just in time. I am about to shift to new house. I will take care of the things that are mentioned in the video regarding the agreement and terms that needs to be discussed with the property owner. Thanks for the detailed video.
thanks for the lovely video: Please inform if 1) Landlord can stop tenant entry after a fixed night time (we are a doctor couple and have emergency+ night shifts) 2) Validity of lock in period in a notorised agreement ?
I live in Pune, here tenants are considered below pets. Its harsh truth. Brokers have covered 80-85% of real estate. The changes in clauses are just not allowed, Tenants give penalty to exit, 2 months rent is deducted from deposit by giving many excuses. Also the owners or brokers lie that the home is available for a long time. Despite paying annual increment, the owners suddenly decide to sell the house and the tenants have to vacate next month itself. No penalties are paid by owners and brokers comes with 2-3 people at house to pressurise the tenants. Please advise what to do.
My new comment regarding last point. Many owners in Pune are from another city or country. Brokers have captured the whole city. My society has 16 broker office in its commercial, and half of my tower building seems to be brokers. People working as part time brokers . They just do not allow talking to owner before any payment

Most of us make notarized agreement . Make a registered agreement, it is more binding and seller will not break any clause of the agreement easily
@@flatsandkeysIn the clause should we mention that till the time we are living the owner cannot show or sell the house to anybody
