Great video! No one else showed the detail on how the clip worked, but I'm still having a problem. The bulb I took out had the top connection broken off in it and the connector was damaged. I crimped a new connector on but the low beam doesn't work. High beam does work. Any ideas what I could check? Thanks.
Sorry, I can't think of anything at the top of my head right now.
Why wouldn't I want to touch the bulb with bare skin?
The oil from your skin gets on the glass surface. Then when you turn the bulb on the places where oil is on the glass surface heats up differently than the rest of the glass surface and that causes micro cracks on the glass surface. The inert gases inside the bulb escape through these micro cracks and then the bulb stops working.
So basically you want to avoid touching the bulb's glass surface with your bare hands to prevent reducing the lifespan of the bulb.

This rubber seal seems stuck on my wife's car, what do I do just yank it off?
First try peeling it off from the corners, like from the edges. Its possible if you try to just yank, then it may tear the seal if its stuck somewhere. But yeah its likely just stuck cause of moisture, dirt, grease.
@VirarAutomotive yes the edges come off.. but seems stuck from what I can see around the bulb area..
Not the same set up or bulbs that my 2016 CRV has.
