Lovely!! Great idea, I'll be doing that with my grandson next year. Thank you, I need to buy some porcelain clay...LOL. Christmas is truly the best holiday ever!!! Have a lovely weekend!!
Thank so much Shayda! My nephew and I were just gearing up to make cinnamon dough & salt dough ornaments together this month, and now this will be one of the styles we will try! They're so pretty & look like real iced cookies. I'm glad you posted this!
These are so cute! Just waiting for the shapes to dry out and I've put aside an afternoon later in the week to paint them up with my husband (who is a big kid really haha)🤩
So adorable! I‘ve been looking for something a bit different for our wood tree. We used it for the first time last year and I love it but I miss the deep green of a real tree. Painting on the ornaments with green hopefully ties in nicely with the gold and silver baubles 😊
I love your work. I do find that the Clay you are using is frightfully expensive here in the UK. What are your thoughts on homemade Porcelain Clay, please
Can you use the clay that you bake in these kind of projects instead? Looking for projects I can do in a day instead of a couple days... Mostly because we have a family weekend coming up and only really have Saturday to work on crafts so I don't want to have to take 2 days to have things cut out and then dried in order to paint... So I thought maybe the baking clay would be a better choice.. I just don't know quite as much about that kind!
I'm going to try this during the weekend, thanks!
Love these.
Lovely and inspiring! 💖😇 *Hugs from Sweden 🇸🇪*
Cuuuuuute! I love these! ❤
Omgosh only 3k to go!! Definitely going to happen this year!

Very nice! 👌🏻
It looks beautiful 😍
Another fabulous idea! I love that you include a variety of ways to use the painting skills you teach here. Thanks and Happy Holidays.🐴

Do you have an idea for how many ornaments one pack might make?
I love these!
i love you so much
Ms Shayda can you make new watercolour Christmas card
This is lovely! I'm now trying to find out if I can get air dry porcelain clay in England. 😊
Beautiful ornaments! 😊💕 That scissors is very pretty. Do you mind saying where you purchased it?
I think my mom bought me the scissors, I have lots of little pairs I've picked up from local art shops
Can I make these with clay that has to be baked? What would I need to adjust?
Of course! Just follow the directions for your clay, and then paint them afterwards :)
What beautiful ornaments! Do you need to seal the ornament after painting it?
I haven't sealed mine. The ones from last year still look good but I don't know how long they will last

I haven't tried it but there are lots of recipes online

Definitely! As long as the clays instructions don't say otherwise, any clay should work
What brand do you use or do you make homemade? If you mentioned that my apologies I skipped ahead some on the video

What kind of clay did you use?
Porcelain Air-Dry Clay: amzn.to/3B6K6fD
@@ShaydaCampbell I used this clay and it remained soft after a week of drying. The kind that turned resin-looking was Sculpey Air-Dry Porcelain. :)
