@@cromagman322 Great Question. Everyone is different. The thing to remember is this: you're opening a real business and any real business requires money to run. Depending on what kind of business you're running will decide what you're investing each month.

Like is it 100 leads for 1000 etc etc how would thst be differnet for everyone? Are you buying your own leads or leads off of FFL (yes I am interested in changing) just trying to see whst the draws are so I can prepare for them
@@cromagman322 There are different leads in the company. Examples: Final Expense, Mortgage, Term, Live Transfers, Facebook, youtube, etc. Depending on which leads you get will determine your outcome. Prices range from $1.50 up to $100 per lead. Just depends on the type of lead you get. Completely up to you. Hence the reason you're getting different answers from everyone you talk to. I work from home doing only live transfers.

I just discovered Brad on TikTok and learned he had a podcast and I’m a podcast connoisseur so first episode that popped up was with Jordan Belford and that episode got me pumped af. And this one, man it was so good I listened to it twice and hit my friend up who sells life insurance and who’s been trying to get me to buy a policy and pick her brain. I seriously want to do this. I haven’t been this inspired since I wrote music and if you are an artist you know how powerful inspiration is.
I found Brad maybe a couple of years ago now. He struck me as as brutally honest, practical, and most importantly real. I still remember, it was a short video of him talking to Lee Haight about his sales method and it was straight brilliance. But bro listen to me. Go find the episode of this Podcast with Ed Mylett and get ready because that shit will change your life. Then right after watch Ed Myletts podcast with guest Joe Dispenza. I kid you not, info from those two episodes has directly applied to my life everyday since I've heard them and I've replayed them more than a few times. Thank me later!!

Not to sound negative but I’m a sales guy and have been looking into insurance sales, due to the fact that you can make millions in the financial industry. I came across FFL and even spoke to one of their people. I started doing my research and the first, atleast 10 pages, of google when you type in Family First Life, are nothing but negative reviews calling it a pyramid scheme, that the leads are terrible, that they lost money working there, that they press you to sell to everyone in your contacts list, etc etc. I don’t remember there being even one positive review on the company. A lot of the complaints are obviously from people who have never worked in commission only sales, it’s all the same and you have to bust your balls getting started but once you get going, life is great. This guy makes me like him but still not sure I’m sold on working for the company. He’s built an amazing business, without a doubt. Glad to see some positive feedback from actual employees on here. You guys are the ones with the balls, confidence and drive to accept 500 no’s to get each yes.
Oh and I’ve never even come close to chasing family or friends. The leads work

Cancelations kill you, to be successful you need to pay 1k a week for leads, but can make that up easy, it’s cancellations of life insurance that kills the advance you make. The avg. cancellation rate of life insurance is around 30 percent. But good company
I think the problem with life insurance sales is the MLM aspect a lot of companies use

I left FFL because it wasn't for me, and I have nothing negative to say about them. I simply wanted to run my business a different way, but I will say Shawn is definitely a legit dude.

@@showupsimon2586 their agents buy leads, have dial days and door knock. I use advertising, have an intensive pre-qualification process, the appointments book themselves and everything is virtual or by phone.

How do people make 6 figures? I work so hard 6 days a week for nothing, i sold jacuzzis once and we would have 1 person come in the store a week, i need to keep my house from my family that worked years on it

Great place to start in sales. Commission only is hard a fuck, so learning it and becoming good at it will make you the best sales person in just about every company you may go to throughout life.

not hating, but if you make $200,000 and consider yourself broke... you are simply ungrateful and choosing to spend your money unwisely. Sure strive for more if you wish. But claiming you can barely live off $100,000 - $200,000 a year is ridiculous. And often times living simply makes you a happier person. Not saying you shouldn't aim for even greater heights tho if that is the life you want.

If I or anyone else is not closing 50-80% of their money calls, what this also means, first, you are making a horrible impression.
So, find the problem and just by being natural, let them know you are there for one reason, one only. That is to fix their problem or problems.
Get past the statistics, the money in, the money out, and focus on the problem and how you are going to make life so much easier for them. And we do that by asking smart questions and giving smart answers.
We do that by sharing real stories, even if they are not our own.
We do that by giving the best impressions. Like, if you say you are sending an email now, then sent it now and not later.
Ask potential clients about their competition, and be sure that if they don't know who the competition is, you do.
The cold calling of 300-500 people per day is long gone. The ones that are earning $1M plus, per year, I already know what they are doing differently as I am one of them, and the others are my friends, then my competition.
I make 50 cold calls per day and I can guarantee that I am converting 10X business compared to the sales guy that is using a dialer and grinding 10 hrs per day.
What makes my prospecting different, first, every day, I build a new list of the people I will be phoning the next day. So, I already know, what is there stance, what level of income are they, how many people are below them, do they fly privately, or commercially. What are the best hours of the day to phone my potential.
And because of this, my contact ratio, which means real and meaningful engagements are significantly higher than 99% of the others around me.
The potential client understands that I already know about their business, I understand their pain and within just a few minutes, they know I am different, and I am serious about bringing solutions.
And guess what, those like me, are the exact same. They might sound a little different, they might cruise around in a Lambo where I prefer a Rolls yet our growth and process are usually alike.
