Just got my doctor's report. Thanks to you I reversed my kidney/liver damage over three years of keto, water fasts, daily intermittent fasting, and I cut all processed foods out of my diet. I don't fry in oil, all my eggs are poached in water. Instead of breakfast cereal (really lunch, just two meals) I eat 3 poached eggs on a small bowl of lentil stew. For dinner I eat steamed fish or a roast chicken breast with green salad (arugula, one avocado, cucumber, beet greens, 5 grams of homemade kelp seasoning and a drizzle of olive oil. Thanks for inspiring me. Oh, and even though my goal wasn't to lose weight, I lost 20k.

It removes plaque. Our dog had heart problems and the vet recommended wormwood. His teeth started getting whiter and cleaner, so it was not only cleaning up plaque in his veins and arteries, but it was removing the plaque from his teeth!! Follow the instructions VERY carefully and don't give longer than 2 weeks at a time.

Really appreciate you doing this, Dr. Berg! As an obese American trying to lose weight, who was jsut revealed the truth about modern food, it's INFURIATING that finding healthful, wholesome, organic, non-gmo, non-adulterated, non-toxified foods is such a chore! but it's a struggle we're all in together, and spreading information is a great weapon in an America controlled by food companies and lobbyists.

Agree with you. When experts recommend that we wash veg with soapy warm water, says how much chemicals are in it.
So called organic food, to be mass produced has to have some type of chemicals in/on them to produce fast & they all look the same, no blemishes & no taste.
We opted to grow our own food, got a veg garden happening & some fruit trees.
The best thing that we have ever done, slowly I got rid of my fat, I enjoyed going out to see how my garden was progressing, weeding, watching & enjoying being able to be at peace.
We eat mainly what we grow & what's in season ( tomatoes don't grow naturally in Winter, so we eat them preserved or sauces that we made)
The mental & physical benefits that have changed my life completely, I no longer take any meds, none! I'm happy & just to fit into normal clothes has been unbelievable.
Even if you just have a balcony, try grow some herbs, tomatoes, etc in pots. If you have a small yard, give it a go, it's about of work, but the benefits outweigh everything, I would rather sit in my garden than at the doctor's.
I can relate to what you're saying. I'm reaching out as the best thing for the body & mind is to grow your own.

I am from South Africa 🇿🇦 and we've been using this plant for centuries since the times of the Khoisan, Khoi-khoi, San and even today's Bushman. We call it "Wilde Als", it can be used for colds and flu, colic, fever, malaria, abscesses, sinus, headaches, earache, diabetes, stomach problems, drawing boils to point and much more. I even drank it when I had Covid19, it works wonders.
Every part of the plant can be used for something different. Tinctures, vapour, poultices, smoked, enemas, lotions, teas, infusions, snuffed, etc.
However, please be careful when using any plant. Consult your medical practitioner first before using any kind of plant. What is good for one is not always good for all.

Make a Tea by barely boiling it down....Rigorous Boiling Beats up the medicinal property's rather badly.
a slow boil or Simmer is Better.
Strain & do it again several times times,
Then combine all the tea into 1 pot or mix & simmer it down reducing it by "Half".
I make myne this way & add Beet-Root Powder & Acerola Powder to the final mix & keep it all in the Refrigerator.
Oh, BY THE WAY?? It's a nice ornamental bush type growth reaching 3' Ft. High & just as wide.
I'd plant it as a Shrub if I had a yard.
I'd Landscape-shape it into a middle finger to the FDA & CDC.

Last March I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I weighed 340 lbs. I also had edema, sleep apnea, killer muscle spasms, brain fog, low energy and hypertension. I was taking diuretics for my blood pressure. Which I stopped taking, including drinking alcohol, eating sugar and carbs. I then started eating more vegetables especially cruciferous greens. I also began fasting and doing keto and taking B1, adding potassium and magnesium to my daily water bottle with ACV. So far I lost 80 lbs, I no longer have diabetes, sleep apnea, edema, chronic muscle spasms or pain. My blood pressure is normal. I have energy and my head is clearer. Also, my cloths fit and my sex life has been resurrected! I feel great! Thank you for your insight! I also watch another UA-cam channel for helpful health information called "What I've Learned". -As an adult, how does one know they still have parasites? I've always wondered.
-Are they all visible to the naked eye?
-Does this wormwood kill the parasites so that the body can expel them dead? Or,
-does the body expel them while they're still alive? I've seen that happen and even though it wasn't me, the memory is still traumatizing. If I have parasites they need to be deader than dead when they exit.

I've heard so many good things about artemisia vulgaris. I once put a lot on a campfire and breathed in the fumes, it provided noticeable spiritual healing. However, I tried making it into tea from fresh, as well as buying dried tea online, and they don't do anything noticeable. Not sure why. It's a shame. This is in England. I haven't tried wormwood yet apart from one time when I drank real absinthe. I'm ordering some alcohol free tincture.

Daily use/quantity info seems to be almost exclusively antidotal, and I am always looking for more, as my use is to be used daily as a possible additional tool against my cancer. Without building any toxicity or impacting my already overworked liver. I to love the Dr's site, as well as several of his products after long-term use.

Artemesia Annua (Anamed) is the one which is good against Malaria and viral infections (to mention just a couple) - this plant was awarded the equivalent of a nobel price - and Artemisia Absinthe can be used for dream work and shamanic practices. The healing component Artemisinin is particularly strong in Artemisia Annua as long as it is harvested before it flowers. If it is harvested during flowering, it has lost a lot of the healing components.

@@CJ-gu1gs hello CJ, Artemisia is a senstiive plant and gets stressed very quickly, especially if it is short of water. It is VERY thirsty.
Bugs mainly move in on plants when they ARE stressed. Usually it then gets into flower and once that happen you need to ensure you harvest the leaves BEFORE the flowers open or the Artemisinin is very much reduced. Not sure whether it looses all its healing properties or just a percentage. Good luck.
