@@christinelouiseonpaper hey lady, how are things going on The Starch Solution? Is it still working well for you? Any issues? Any updates? I just turned 55 this month and need to lose 40-50 lbs. I’m considering this plan.
@@calisongbird Yes! I am still doing good and maintaining!!!!! Thank you so much Dr McD!!!!! It’s hard the first week or so but after a couple weeks the weight FALLS OFF !!!! Best wishes Darling !!!!
I just heard a vegan doctor on UA-cam say about 3% or less of the population is truly protein-deficient - but 97% of the population is fiber-deficient. The whole “protein” thing was a calculated PR campaign by the animal agriculture industry started decades ago - supported by the US government. It was intended to prop up the growing meat and dairy industries at the time. The old “4 food groups” info we learned in school in the 70s was government-funded propaganda to support those industries. But the strategy worked. The American people are obsessed with animal protein, and it’s killing us.
Christine, your video was well scripted and honest. I am mid 60sand have struggled for a long time. Finally fully PB I am now embarking on 50/50 starch solution meals and hoping for great results. Great to see you putting yourself out there. We are needing more older women showing their successes.
Fantastic!! Thank you for the video! I'm 63 and I have been on the program for 8 days and I lost 6 pounds so far. I have about 45 or more to go and your video is very motivating for me. Thank you sooooo much!!!
@@Reclaim-the-Rainbow well... Now I'm 64. The in-laws moved in shortly after my post. Both with stage 4 cancer. They lived with me/us for 9 months and I lost my momentum. So much going on. They recently left to go back home so I'm gearing up to start again.
Thank you for your excellent presentation. I am 72 years old and have begun the starch solution way of eating expecting to lose unwanted weight. Your testimony gives me great encouragement and hope!
Keep your videos coming. I am 71 years young, and your journey on the Starch Solution plan is very encouraging for a mature woman like me. Looking forward to viewing your videos regarding this lifestyle. Thank you!
LOL! This comment reminds me of George Carlin’s famous routine on “getting old” (it’s here on UA-cam and it’s hilarious). “The one I keep resisting is when they look at an old guy and they'll say, "Look at him Dan! He's ninety years young." Imagine the fear of aging that reveals. To not even be able to use the word "old" to describe somebody. To have to use an antonym.” 😂😂😂
I'm so glad you appeared in my feed! Each video regarding the starch solution features young mothers with baby weight to lose. Your story is so refreshing as well as your candor. Thank you so much!
Thank you Yevette! That’s why I MADE MYSELF do the video. I did not want to be in front of the camera, in front of the whole world, AT ALL but I had to tell people how life changing it is. Thank you so much for watching and commenting!!! 💗🎀💗🎀💗🎀💗🎀
Thank you Kimberly!!!!! I’ll do a video one day soon on the sauces and condiments I use that have no oil. Thanks for watching and commenting ! Happy New Year!!!! ✨🌟✨
I loved your story! So happy you've found the way of eating for you. I did a starch based diet a while ago and had tremendous success but I was afraid of eating too much and fell off the wagon. Back in the saddle now and looking forward to good health.
Your story is similar in mine except for age. I stopped eating meat as a child for moral reasons, and my parents never really acclimated to this, so I pretty much subsisted off of pizza, macaroni and cheese, grilled cheese, etc. I rarely ate vegetables or fruit. We also didn’t have a lot of money, so in general our food choices were poor. I became vegan in 2007, and haven’t eaten any animal products since, but after a couple of years I became a “fat vegan”. I’m now so tired of being fat and hating the way I look, so a couple of months ago I started eating a WFPB no oil diet. I’ve lost about 20 pounds so far. I’ve had some slip ups- there are so many vegan restaurants in my city and every coffee shop and cafe has vegan options, and I’ve indulged a couple of times. But I’m trying my hardest to stick with this!!
Ohhhh Erica - you are so lucky. There aren’t any vegan options where I live. It’s terrible and I always have to eat or pack food with h me if I’m gonna be gone all day. Yes, I was the classic fat vegetarian. Because of my age, I have to be very careful with even the healthy calories. I’m so happy for you and congrats on your success!!!! Smooches! ❤️🌹🍒❤️🌹🍒🌹🍒❤️
@@christinelouiseonpaper thank you so much! I also work part time at a vegan restaurant that has delicious food, but it’s all cooked in oil and/or deep fried 😢 I hope I can keep up the momentum!
Thanks for this great video. I am 64 and started a healthier eating plan on November 21st and am down 13 pounds. I tried keto at first, and I did well the first week but then hit a plateau. I was miserable on keto because I adore carbs and found keto too restrictive and monotonous, not to mention I got the shakes on it. As soon as I switched to healthy carbs the weight started dropping again. I have my oatmeal in the morning with fruits or rice cereal with almond milk and I love all vegetables, especially sweet potatoes and squash, this is truly a sustainable way of eating. I have 12 pounds to go to reach my goal weight and for once I feel that it’s truly achievable without denying myself the foods that I love.
Hi. I am so happy to see your feed. I’m 61 and just starting McDougall and am having a little trouble because I’m not losing weight yet but I feel so much better. Seeing your video is so reassuring to me because I believe if I stick with it I will lose the weight. I’ve got about 35 to lose. I feel so much better after watching you. It’s very nice to hear from someone in my age group that has been successful. Thank you. 😊
Just got my book today! Been on a plant-based diet for seven weeks lost 12 pounds so far, not so much for weight loss I only have five more pounds to lose But all for my health and cholesterol issues ps you look fabulous👏 Thank you for your video ps The keto diet for 3 1/2 years help me clog up my arteries… I don’t even look at carbs anymore!
Yayyyyyyyy Deborah !!!!! Congrats sugar. What an accomplishment. Doesn’t it feel wonderful ? I am sooooo HAPPY for you! Thank you so much for watching and commenting! 💖👍🏻💖👍🏻💖
Congratulations! That is awesome. I lost about 70 lbs on the Starch Solution in 2020, (more specifically, the more strict version called the Maximum Weight Loss plan which as you say, is very similar except no healthy fats and a few other guidelines, easily accessible online). Hooray healthy carbs! (Part of the problem is "Carbs" includes simple carbs like ultra-processed foods, in addition to complex carbs- the good ones like rice, potatoes, etc).
DAY-Ummmm!!!! You GO Cindy! Yes, I do the little to no fats too, just because of my age and slow metabolism. I try not to eat processed foods except for about twice a week or so. I know you feel incredible! So happy for you! Keep McDouggling!!! 💗🎀🎀💗🎀🎀💗
I did my version of John McDougall diet which includes Raisin Bran for 6 weeks and lost 9 pounds. I'm not as strict on the fat as some people though. I just went off the wagon with a little pizza and somehow gained 3 pounds. Right now I weigh 225 and would like to lose 80 more pounds. I'm 62. I still don't understand how a few pieces of pizza would make me gain so much, oh well. I'm just sharing my experience. Thank you for your video!
The older I get the less and less I am able to eat without gaining. It’s DEPRESSING !!!!!! 😆😆😆😆. Thank you so much for watching and commenting! Good Luck to you! 💜🦄💜🦄💜🦄💜🦄💜

Thanks to algorithms you came up and I’m glad. I’ve been vegan for 3 years and lost 70 pounds following Doctors McDougall and Esselstyn’s recommendations. Lately I’ve been slipping into the ‘pleasure trap’ of sugar and fat, noticing negative effects. I’d love to hear more from you on your journey.
Ohhhh Pat, I sooo get it. The terrible lure of sweets, junk food and processed goodness. I know the struggle. The only thing that helps is the older you get, the WORSE it makes you feel. Pain is a great motivator!!!
Hi Christine! You inspired me to try this eating plan. I was getting better and better at it for 4 weeks. Then at the end of Jan. I got covid. 😞 I fell off the wagon just from lack of energy to get up and make food I didn't even want to eat. Now, I come back to you for inspiration to take it up again. @@christinelouiseonpaper I’m just happy to learn from you, as we do from other WFPB eaters. We’re all in this together, to support and learn. All the best🙏
Do you eat fruit? I eat raw vegetables before my breakfast with a homemade dressing (blender apple cider vinegar, oat milk without any oil in it, Dijon mustard, two pitted dates, nutritional yeast, dried dill, hemp seeds) which cuts my appetite down a lot. If I get hungry I will have oatmeal a few hours later and then a moderate dinner with either a salad or roasted vegetables and some beans or lentils and a small potato or sweet potato. Easy peasy.
Funny, I never cared for fruit. I eat a lot of veggies - pretty clean, lots of baked potatoes - clean; oh, and Beans. Looooove beans ! I don’t put fat or processed condiments on my food. I’m trying g to acclimate to black coffee, no stevia and I feel like I’m in prison, in a third world country whenever I wake up and drink it…… 😞

“A snacky meat eater” - ohhhh that’s funny! I slip up a lot too! It’s just trying to have as many good days as you can because slip ups are inevitable! There are millions of Starch Solution channels. Best Wishs Ginny and say Hi to the ‘snacky meat eater!” 💗😜💗😜💗😜💗
Your video showed up in my suggestions…I am super glad it did! You give me hope as a 56 year old woman! I thought It was my body not liking the program the first couple of weeks, and I gave up. I have and am doing WW again, and I lose and gain the same amount of weight like a rollercoaster ride. I would love to hear more about your journey! As far as your journal, were you tracking your meals, daily feelings, meal plans, etc? I appreciate you sharing your story…thank you!
Oh Joy - thank you for your comment !!! First, I did WW for a few years and lost alot of weight but I was always starvinggg!!!! I will never have to do that again. Second, yes - in my Journal (you saw how fat it is) I had everything. I tracked my meals, I tracked my measurements, my weight loss, I had a lot of pictures and wrote about my feelings; why I wanted to lose the weight so bad - so when I wanted to give up - I knew I wouldn’t because of all the reasons I listed. I also wrote about each success, compliments I got from family, friends and coworkers. I also put the tags off of jeans when I went down another size. Once I finally started losing, it was fast, but in the beginning it was ‘nothing,’. The first few weeks were SOOOOOOO hard - eating ZERO fats, total vegan, clean veggies and NO PROCESSED FOODS. My body must have been in shock. Once I started losing, I started walking 3 miles a day and that helped the weight loss too! This May will be 2 years. It’s wonderful to feel good. Pls write anytime - it’s so good to talk to you! 💗🦄🌸💗🌸🦄🌸💗🌸🦄
Good morning CV! You can do this! It’s hard in the beginning I admit but once you start feeling good, and then you start looking good - then it becomes worth the sacrifices. When you feel weak, just look at the success stories or get the book out and read a testimonial. YOU CAN DO IT !!!!!
Great video! It's encouraging to hear that you quickly felt better in the beginning. I'm 52 and I find myself craving high-fat foods now. What is that about?!? Congratulations on a healthier you!
Thanks. My sister told me that I forgot the most important part and that is, I don’t have cravings anymore. That’s what always tripped me up with Weight Watchers - the terrible cravings. I do know that each body responds different to any eating plan. What works for one - will not automatically work for another. I just wish I could have heard about him when I was 20-ish. Hahahaaaa!!!! Thank you for your comment!!!!! 🍂🍄🍁👻🍂🍁🎃🍁🍂👻🍁🍂
Thank YOUUU!!!!!! It’s been two years and I have never felt better!!!! I am 2 months away from 60. And, I just had a physical two weeks ago. I am on ZERO medication and I never have to be hungry again. I spent most of my life hungry and trying not to eat. What kind of hell is that? I am so grateful to Dr. McDougall. Imagine the lives he has changed !!!!
Great video and thank you for sharing! You're a breath of fresh and and my I say you look atleast 10 years younger than what you are. Well done and I hope I can stick to this like you have! You look fantastic 💙
Thanks so much for sharing your experience. Ordered the book and will receive it tomorrow. I love your planner videos, but would love to hear more about the things that made you successful on this way of life.
I remember the day I got the book. I read it all that day. Couldn’t put it down! He will tell you every single thing you need to know. Just follow what he says if you are able. Just get Thru the first two weeks and you’ll succeed !!!!!
Hi Sunny! Well good for YOU!!!! It’s a wonderful eating plan that has reduced the inflammation in my body from dairy. Much success to you and a happy and joyful 2023!!! ❤️❤️❤️
I have been doing this for nearly three months and have barely lost a pound. Before eating like this all of my joints were in pain; after two weeks they were better; 6 weeks completely healed. I had to tell you this so you believe I am actually following the diet. I am going to keep going with it because the healing of my joints, my healthy hair and finger nails, are enough to keep me going. I suspect I had a candida overgrowth and that takes some time to heal. Thank you for your video.
My joints were killing me. After a couple weeks it was gone! My ankles used to hurt so bad when I woke up I limped!!!!! I’m so happy for you! Congratulations!!!!! 🐳💙🐬🐳💙🐬🐳🐬🐳
Hi Christine, so happy your video was suggested to me! Great testimony! Please, will you make your follow up video about how to make the condiments you enjoy?
Awwwh, I’m so glad you liked it. I will think about how to discuss my condiments. This video (and if I do any others) - don’t get a lot of views, but if it helps anyone then yes, I’ll do one. Thanks for watching and commenting! 🦄🌸💗🦄😝💗🌸🦄
It's nice to see a lady of a certain age on the plant based on a healthy way of eating. And I would like to see more women of a certain age because it will give more incentive. And well done and congratulations reaching your goal. 👏👏👏👏🏴
Good morning Lorraine! I agree 100%. It’s the only eating plan where I dropped weight FAST and never had to go hungry! Thank you so much for watching and commenting! 💐🌷💐🌷💐🌷
This popped up on my feed. Congratulations I hope you are staying well a year later. I love your notebook, if you remember can you share where you got it?
thanks for your video - I'm on week 3 and haven't lost anything. Following the plan to a tee - I started feeling great on week 2, and then have good and bad days. Just hoping that it will start coming off because on a good note, I am never hungry. Was interested specifically in your videos because women in their 20's generally don't have the hormonal issues that women in their 50's and 60's have - so there isn't any comparison.
No. There is no comparison ! Hahahaa. Just stick with the feeling good and never hungry part. You body is obviously happy. Weight will come off. I think the body is in shock the first couple weeks! Like, literally ! 😝😝😝. Congrats and best wishes. You have sooo ‘got this!’ ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for sharing! I’ve been vegetarian off and on my whole life and vegan since May 2020. I’ve known about Dr. McDougall’s plan since the 90’s when I was in my early 20’s. I tried several times to follow it but was just so isolating back then living in the Midwest without the internet to go it alone. Now there’s so much support and people like you sharing online. 💕 ! I am hoping to clean my diet up and cut out the processed foods and oils. Menopause is so unforgiving with the weight and it’s been creeping up. 😢Congrats on your success! 🎉🎉🎉
Girrrrrl - I just resonated with every single one of those words !!!! 😝😝😝 Just gut out the first two weeks. Detoxing your taste buds is hard, but once you do - junk food isn’t what you want when you are hungry! You’ll want clean, Whole Foods. Nowwww, I still like a ‘Hot Cheeez Curls’ once in a blue moon. You got THIS!!!!! Thanks for watching and keep in touch! 👍🏻💗👍🏻💗👍🏻
I am experimenting with a version of this plan (whole food plant-based). I have a major question though: how do you know your results were specifically from removing dairy and eggs, and not just from removing “vegetarian junk food” and processed foods, like potato chips or whatever. Is it possible you could have gotten the same results but still eating occasional dairy, eggs, and small amounts of oil as long as the majority of your diet was whole, unprocessed plant foods?
I’ve dieted so much throughout my life and just can tell that dropping g the dairy was the trick! I never ate that much junk food on a regular basis but lots of dairy as a vegetarian. I am still doing well despite occasional sweets as long as I leave the dairy and fats ALONE ! Thank you so much for watching and commenting! 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷
@@christinelouiseonpaper OK I see. Thank you for the reply! I really appreciate it. I’ve been kind of back & forth on my own #WFPB journey, but it’s obvious to me that the closer I stick with it, the better I feel and the more any nagging health issues start to clear up. When I slip off track, my energy and mood crash, and my other symptoms start to return. It’s plain as day.
Hello! I just came across this video & was so inspired. Can you share when you first started what you ate in a day? Also, why haven’t you shared more about The Starch Solution? I am so desperate for guidance 🙏
Hi Carla! It’s been 3 years now and still loving this way of eating. Maybe I’ll do another video/update. I eat vegan - which means cleaned raw or cooked veggies. As much as I need to so I am never hungry. I eat a lot of baked potatoes, steamed broccoli and salads. No fats, no nuts or Avacado or oil. I also make one pot beans, lentils and veggie soup. I loooove steamed kale. The hardest part was the first 2 weeks, detoxing and cleaning my tastebuds. After that, I felt sooooo good that it was easy. The weight FELL OFF! You can sooooo do this! 👍🏻💗🌸💗💗🌸💗👍🏻
Grrrrl, yes. I felt noticeably better in two weeks. I can’t remember if it helped my sleep but just reading your question reminded me of how bad my sleep was during menopause. Yes, I think the diet DID HELP because I’m over two years in and I sleep good now. BUT, the five years I was in meno I didn’t sleep at all. It was so awful. My menopause was off the charts awful. Thank God I no longer have any symptoms. I will tell you that I use Progesterone Creme that I get on Amazon and it also helped my sleep about Day 4 of using it. Once in the AM and once in the PM. In fact, if I skip it a day, I can feel it. It was nice chatting with you. Thanks for watching and commenting Marshella! 🎀🦄💗🎀🦄💗🎀

Thank you for sharing, I just started the starch diet, it is week 1 and I am doing everything to the tea and have lost nothing :( it is a little discouraging but I will keep going..
Congratulations on your success! I was looking for more content about what you were eating in a day, I see you have a Keto playlist? Were you Keto before this (you mentioned being a vegetarian)? Do you have any what you eat in a day for Starch Solution? Thank you!
I tried vegetarian Keto and it was awful ! Not just from a weight loss perspective but I felt awful. Honestly I only did the starch solution video as a PSA. I felt compelled but I won’t be doing anymore. I’m not a foodie so I don’t cook or care to talk much about food. I just eat veggies and I try to eat as clean as possible. Lots of salads. The book has the best ideas about what to eat. The entire last third of the book is daily food plans. Thanks so much for watching and commenting and good luck on the journey!
I am eating this way, being really dilligent and the weight loss is SO slow, I have no idea what else to do. No oils, avocado, seeds, nuts - mostly just greens, salad, beans, potatoes, rice and some lentils and fruit. I have definitely gone down, but barely half a stone in 4 months. I am almost the same age as you. I was already vegan.
@@christinelouiseonpaper Thank you for replying - I am just having a moan because I am so fed up of not seeing results. I am about 30lbs over a healthy weight for my height. I walk several times a week and work in my garden a lot, though my job is mostly sedentary, I don't like sitting still for long! I eat oats and berries for breakfast, other meals are combos of salad, green veg, potatoes, rice and beans. Occaisional tofu, but not much, no alcohol, and a square of dark chocolate at night. The only thing I could cut out is oat milk in my tea - I have already reduced it, but miss my morning and night time drink without it. I worked up to starting the process, cleared out my kitchen, gave myself small challenges, built habit of eating regular meals instead of snacking. I look great, but I am still fat!! lol.
Well I’m about 25-30 pounds more than the ideal US recommended weight but that is because of age, a desk job, and post menopausal metabolism. But I wear a size 8-10 depending on the brand and I am fine with that. If I ate like this when I was younger, then yes, I would have been much thinner. Maybe you are expecting a little much for being in the 60’s now? I am on the small clothing size for the ‘average’ female and I am fine with this. I’m grateful I’m no longer wearing a 14-16!!!!!! If you are hell bent on losing more - just cut your portions then. But Id be careful of eating less than you can maintain on a long term basis. I bet you are expecting perfection!?!?! I gave that up a long time ago…. 😆😆😆
@@christinelouiseonpaper yes, that's a good point. I do feel better since i cleaned up my eating and I am happy with that - another 15lbs gone would be a bonus! Thanks for your response, I appreciate it.
Thank you for sharing your video, it's very inspiring. I'm going through the menopause now I'm 51, I started the starch solution 2 weeks ago but I havent lost anything, I'm an average weight for my height but I have put in about 10 pounds and I am thicker all over. I'm concerned by doing the starch solution method I will gain weight. Could you also tell me what you did for menopause, as I'm very overwhelmed where to start 🙂
Ohhh Kim, menopause was very very hard for me too. I wish I could tell you how to make it easier but All I can say is to try and eat healthy, and try to get outside and walk. It was hard for me regardless of doing the right things. When I wasn’t working, I spent all my time alone. You WILL get through it. And you WILL be happy again. It won’t last forever. OH - and take vitamins. You can also try Progesterone Cream they sell on Amazon. I use that and it does help but unfortunately not as much as you’d wish. I am sending you big hugs! XOXOXO

Hello, thank you for sharing and congratulation on your success. Would you like to tell us samples, what you ate for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it would be helpful to get an idea, I know you already said in general. Thank you in advance.
Oh Julia, I’m still eating the same five or six meals that I listed. It is like eating to survive. There isn’t any variety or secret pill. I live on these things; Just a general Salad, plain baked potato, broccoli, peas, beans, lentils, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, etc. Once or twice a week I’ll have a cheat meal where I’ll have an impossible burger with some fries. I takes a lot of discipline but keeping the weight sooo makes it worth it! Thank you for watching!!! 👍🏻🌸💜👍🏻🌸💜🌸👍🏻💜
Ohhhh - it’s not healthy for the long term! Just as a intro for quick weight loss. The bad thing is the older you get, your body doesn’t burn it well so it all gets stored. And yes, even if you exercise. You are probably young and will turn burn it well!
Please do more videos on this for the over 50 crowd! Most videos on the starch solution are 20-somethings and it's great to see that it worked for you. Congratulations on your continued health!

What happened? Did weight keep dropping?
@@Reclaim-the-Rainbow well... Now I'm 64. The in-laws moved in shortly after my post. Both with stage 4 cancer. They lived with me/us for 9 months and I lost my momentum. So much going on. They recently left to go back home so I'm gearing up to start again.
Finding this video was "serendipitous" for me. Now I am inspired to work the Starch Solution. Thank you.
Thank you for your excellent presentation. I am 72 years old and have begun the starch solution way of eating expecting to lose unwanted weight. Your testimony gives me great encouragement and hope!
Well Congrats and you will not only do great - but you’ll feel wonderful. Best wishes and Thank you so much for watching and commenting!

Keep your videos coming. I am 71 years young, and your journey on the Starch Solution plan is very encouraging for a mature woman like me. Looking forward to viewing your videos regarding this lifestyle. Thank you!
That’s wonderful Vickie. Sending you my very best wishes !!!! 🌺🌷🌺🌷🌺
To have to use an antonym.”
😂😂😂
I'm so glad you appeared in my feed! Each video regarding the starch solution features young mothers with baby weight to lose. Your story is so refreshing as well as your candor. Thank you so much!
Thank you Yevette! That’s why I MADE MYSELF do the video. I did not want to be in front of the camera, in front of the whole world, AT ALL but I had to tell people how life changing it is. Thank you so much for watching and commenting!!!

New subscriber. Great video. You really speak plainly and are easy to relate too.
Would love to hear about your nonfat sauces/condiments! Congratulations on your weight loss!
Thank you Kimberly!!!!! I’ll do a video one day soon on the sauces and condiments I use that have no oil. Thanks for watching and commenting !
Happy New Year!!!! ✨🌟✨
@@christinelouiseonpaper please make that video!!! I am just starting The Starch Solution and I need all the help I can get…
I loved your story! So happy you've found the way of eating for you. I did a starch based diet a while ago and had tremendous success but I was afraid of eating too much and fell off the wagon. Back in the saddle now and looking forward to good health.
Ohhhhh BEST WISHES SUGAR!!!! Thank you so much for watching and commenting!

Just eat the fresher stuff !!!!

Isn’t that amazing TM! I am sooo happy for you!!! 🌺🌷🌸🌺🌷🌸🌺🌷🌸
I didn't know you had this channel. So proud of you.
Thank you. 😊
Ohhhhh I so get you! Yes, it’s wonderful to hear it worked for someone else who is the same age! Keep going - you will get your results!!!! 🌷💐🌷💐🌷💐🌷

I started today the program and spent yesterday setting myself up for success. Thanks for your share.

Fantastic and inspirational!

Congratulations!!!!!

thanks for your video - I'm on week 3 and haven't lost anything.
You have sooo ‘got this!’ ❤️❤️❤️
Did the weight ever start coming off? I just started this diet last Friday.
Just gut out the first two weeks.
Thank you so much for sharing.
You are welcome Nancy and thank you for watching ! 🦄🌸🦄🌸🦄🌸🦄
👍🏻💗🌸💗💗🌸💗👍🏻
Right on! Love videos like this that empower us women of over 50. Did you see a change with post menopausal symptoms and sleep patterns?

Are you doing any mild exercise? Any leisurely walking? Are you already at an average weight for our age ?

XOXOXO
@@christinelouiseonpaper Thank you Christine, I'm taking progesterone and estroil cream, I'm taking vitamins and doing everything I can to keep sane. Hope you are good , you look amazing .xx

Hi Chris, what a wonderful, helpful, encouraging video regarding the starch diet and your obvious success on it.
I am sure many will benefit from hearing your personal experience with doing it and maintaining your comfortable weight. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you sooooo much! And thanks for saying hello Kat Nip. I hope you have a wonderful weekend !!!!!

@@christinelouiseonpaper 🙏😍Thanks a lot for your reply, much appreciated.
Best wishes and God Bless!🌸💗🌸💗🌸
What about sugar and salt?
Can you please tell little bit on insulin resistance
I can't see how totally cutting out fat is safe. It's a macronutrient.
Ohhhh - it’s not healthy for the long term! Just as a intro for quick weight loss. The bad thing is the older you get, your body doesn’t burn it well so it all gets stored. And yes, even if you exercise. You are probably young and will turn burn it well!
How long did it take to lose 40 pounds?
Maybe 3.5 months. So FAST !!!!! Thank you so much for watching and commenting! Take care !
