We'll see. 4 months ago there was no war in Gaza or the threat of genocide of the Palestinians, or any risk of a regional war with Iran. October is 8 months away, which is double 4 months. Either Biden will fix what's going on with the war in Gaza and turn around the situation in Ukraine toward them winning and not have us committed to a war to 2030 and not risk a war with Iran that will drive up energy prices and shipping costs and harm our economy.... or he won't. We'll know by October whether Biden is a bigger threat to the US national security than Trump, that's when I'm making up my mind too.
Joy asked a good question but Chris Cristie has flip flopped back and forth on Trump. In 2015/16 at the beginning of the Republican race he said Trump was unfit, not qualified and worse, then when he officially became the candidate, Christie campaigned for him, throughout the years, he jumps back and forth
Yep. I don't trust Chris Christie completely. I'm voting for Joe Biden. I appreciate Chris Christie being outspoken about Trump, but he still bashes president Biden, and president Biden is doing a great job. Christie would dismantle social security too. He said so. Haley did too. I'm never voting Republican again.
Christie said “it’s a really hard job changing a party, and you can’t do it all by yourself” But Trump did, and it wasn’t for the better. The Republican Party has decided to completely bow down to one man who is ruling the party with an iron fist. And slow walking the country into dictatorship.
Eh make sense. Especially when people start losing faith in government and institutions countries generally start moving toward Authoritarian figures to solve their problems. Most democracies have more than 2 parties so when people vote for an authoritarian party that ends up losing by a large margin, traditional politicians can use that as a warning that they need to meet the needs of their people better. In the US though, we only have 2 parties, so if an Authoritarian takes over one party, you don't get that warning sign, and they drag half the country with them who don't necessarily want authoritarianism but believe in conservative values rather than liberal values. The Republican party is broken. But let's be honest, the whole country is broken, including the Democrats. Pointing the figure at Republicans like without them everything would be fine won't solve the underlying problem that Americans are increasingly dissatisfied with the status quo of politics and don't trust the government and traditional democrats and republicans want to just continue the status quo and won't address Americans' problems. Both Trump and Biden are deeply unpopular. And it's hard to say what's worse a dictator or a President that's engaged in supporting genocide. It's not a good luck for the Republican or Democratic parties.
That's because the majority of white Americans think they way Trump does. The democratic party is culturally diverse. The republican party is not. Trump didn't change the party. He brought out how they really feel. That's the difference.

Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie announced Wednesday that he was ending his campaign for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination, marking the exit of the most outspoken critic of former President Donald Trump in the Republican primary. But first, Christie made a few unofficial remarks - off camera on a live microphone - skewering his now former GOP rivals. Haley is likely to be the biggest beneficiary of Christie’s exit. She has pulled to within single digits of Trump in the Granite State, according to a new CNN Poll conducted by the University of New Hampshire. The survey found that 65% of Christie supporters - 12% of the total - listed Haley as their second choice. She trailed Trump 39% to 32% among likely primary voters. Christie launched his campaign for the GOP presidential nomination at a June 2023 town hall in New Hampshire, which he used to deliver a searing indictment of Trump, calling his one-time friend and close political ally a “lonely, self-consumed mirror hog” whose potential election to a second term as president represents an existential threat to American democracy. The former governor made his willingness to directly take on Trump a key feature of his campaign, repeatedly hitting the GOP front-runner over his cascading legal troubles and, in recent weeks, Trump’s increasingly bitter, hateful rhetoric.

I wish they would just be honest about Joe, it's kind of sad.
They can't. Who else do the Democrats have? Kamala?
Joy saying she’s turning 82 proves the point….completely unhinged
Why do they always ignore Kennedy's campaign? He's polling incredibly high and they act as though no one else is running but Biden and Trump. Despite corporate media ignoring his campaign he is on pace to win. KENNEDY 2024!!!
Hahahahaha…no!
What policies Trump is promoting? He can't do the same thing he did in 2016. We are a different country now.
its actually quite peculiar and interesting that Christie is being given a redemption opportunity. Wouldve never called it.
He’s anti-Trump, now. But he’s still an AWFUL person.
I was not impressed with today's episode of the View. Christie's remarks about President Biden are unwarranted & foolish.
Christie failed as a candidate & has no place to critique Biden's performance based on his age.
Alyssa Trump is not winning. America has got be smarter than the last time.😮
TWO FACE CHRIS NEVER HAD A CHANCE
Joy Behar at the end "so what" a lot of people don't think "so what" Joy 💯
Chris Christie also raised his hand in that first debate. He tried to act like he didn't but I remember he totally did and sunny called him on it the day after on the bow. SMH lol
What would Reagan do? Consult his astrologist.
why is this dude back?!?! dang pls pls bring someone we want to see
The free food.
@@smileearthlings.829guess you didn’t get the memo: cheap bullying shots are so passé. A big reason tRump will be gone
Whoppie gets paid way too much on this show to look that bored and uninterested
I'm not a Christie fan, but he sees the elected GOP like their "Titles" before "Country."
Gov Christie had the rocks to kick Trump where he needed to.
lol he didn’t kick them to far he had to drop out of the race!!! 😂😂😂😂
@@pattitaylor6509 True. 🥴 Trump never went near him.
Good ol' Crispy Cream Christi
I hate when Chris Christie says "people in private" because there is no way to verify that comment.
I get that but he has no reason to lie. He dropped out and his opinion doesn’t make a difference unfortunately
@@tracydecristofaro9609 Christie’s a liar.
@@suvariboyI think he s made mistakes in his career but I don’t think he s a liar. He s been pretty consistent since 2016
Joy just cracks me up, "You'd vote for me wouldn't you?"
They need to bring Tim Scott, Vivek, Sarah Sanders, and others who support Donald Trump to the show💯.
Hopefully all at once so I don’t have to hear 3 separate shows of word salad
RIP Barbara Walters. I'm sorry. Respect.
Not voting for Biden is voting for Trump. You’re a true genius.😂
That is a fact.
Any other vote is a vote for Trump.
Alyssa conscious they putting the camera on her 😂😂😂
The choices are President Biden and Trumpty Dumpty. This continued talking about President Biden‘a age has become a mute point.🤷🏽♂️ Give it a rest already!
Joy it's disgusting for your party to commit elderly abuse!!!!
And Republican party is disgusting for putting up a president who is sexual assaulter a thief? Who’s being charged with 91 felonies, who makes fun of disabled people who makes fun of war veterans. The people who support Trump are deplorable and freaking disgusting themselves.
Lol big derp
And your party isn't?
@elizabethstanley7137. What are you talking about?
@@ardentynekent2099 Biden isn't capable of doing a super bowl interview with a liberal network.
He can't debate.
What do you mean what am I talking about? Don't you have eyes and ears?
Whoopi "to late to late everybody knows dude everybody knows" 😂
lol that’s disgusting that’s disgraceful like this show. Like Christie’s diet!
The simple fact that these ladies thought Christie should be the Republican candidate tells me why Christie never polled above 3%.
What you could do is think about what Christie campaigned on.Trumps lies, criminality and unstable anti democracy plans. Then ask yourself if that’s a good thing.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Alyssa has the audacity to say "why do we have difficulty coalescing around someone" in one sentence, then criticize Biden the next.
Lady, he's the guy. You are the problem!
When is Nikki Haley going to be a guest on The View?
He's right about having two bad candidates for president. What I don't like is some of the hosts don't want to point out Biden's faults. He is no where near being the best president we've ever had. And they need to admit that he's not perfect. Of course trump is also not a good choice. But neither is Biden
Thanks for trying to warn America Governor Christie. Biden is a good decent choice. Pls support him.
That will never happen.
Christie and Griffin will go to their grave voting Republican if it means Trump is in
office ‘so what who cares’.
They are the definition of party over country.
I love this dude!! As someone that actually lives in NYC and is not a multi millionaire like these women that don’t live in the city we like him
Joy Behar "I know but I can't be in love with you if you would say right now I would vote for Biden against Trump" 😂🤦🤦♀️🤦♂️
He's a God dam coward. Never trump but can't say if he'd vote Biden over trump. And then say "I don't know who the choices are gonna be" give me a dam break. He's such a coward.
"You're anger at the truth is reprehensible" -- Chris Christie 🏆 (he will win in the Maga Cult history books)
I love you Joy🎉
Trump lost because of MAIL IN BALLOTS. Period
😂
bwaaaahahahahhaaaahhhhhhahahaha
omg
are you dumb?
Christie and Whoopie: two of Dunkin' Donuts biggest fans.
2:08 " they love their title more than they love their country". Smh that is sadly how it has always been. If you vote just vote for our country not for the party. But either way we as ppl have to keep this country a float. No matter the president or party power.
For the record that will never matter, I like Gov. Christie.
God bless you my baby sunny wow 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊
YOU lost me Christie - President Biden is an excellent leader!!!!! VOTE BLUE!!!!!
“It’s better to be hated for who you than to be adored for who you are not” is not a mantra of the Republican Party…
