    Can you mount a RED Dragon-X to the roll bracket?
    Can the Macro version be as silent as the standard version if it moves slow?

    Is there a way to align the roll axis with the center of the lens? All your roll examples are more like barrel rolls - not centered.

      Yes, you can definitely center it up on the unit for a perfect roll. I didn't set it up like that because my bracket is set up for seeing the LCD monitor on the camera. If you want it centered you have to move the mounting plate which (with certain cameras) back towards the roll axis bar which blocks the LCD.

    1,200 $ just for the roll x
    With the prices of gimbals and full motions controls in the market, I can’t justify this price.

      Yeah, it's a bit pricey so I feel you there! That being said, if you are in the professional video field and you're properly charging for your gear, you can easily pay for a complete system in just a job or two. This system isn't meant for everyone either (mostly aimed at pros) so there's a bit of a pay-gap between this and lower end stuff.

    Will this unit allow for vertical shooting?

    • @District7DrewGeraci
      @District7DrewGeraci  Рік тому

      With the low-torque motor maybe, but the cineshooter isn't necessarily the best choice for doing vertical moves; the Second Shooter is the better choice and will allow for larger payloads (for vertical lifts).

      @@District7DrewGeraci Good to know, ty Drew! One more question though, will the Cineshooter allow the camera to be mounted vertically for Instagram social media edits? I'll be doing some food short videos for restaurants and I like to mount my camera vertically so I don't have to crop in post and lose quality or space. Thank you!

      @@OGSixsnacks Yeah, you can just rotate the L-Bracket (with the arca-swiss plate on it) - super easy to do. Just make sure to rotate the camera to where your HDMI/ports are opposite the bracket so you can still use the ports).

      @@District7DrewGeraci Excellent! Thank you Drew. I apologize, but I just remembered one more question. Are you having to stabalize in post due to micro jitters with Cineshooter footage? I have spoken with Rhino Arc ii and Edelkrone owners and they all say post stabilization is necessary for those two systems. I'm wondering if the Kessler Cineshoot will require it to? I'm pretty sure that's my last question! Promise!

      @@OGSixsnacks In some instances you MIGHT have to stabilize but honestly no, I think maybe 1 in 100 shots have to be stabilized and the shots that have to be stablized are the ones that are taken with 85mm-200mm just because they're long focal lengths. Otherwise I'd say it's like 98% steady when in use. It also depends on your payload size. With the new Z-axis mount it really stabilizes the whole unit so you never see any wobble or shake; if you exceed the 15lb limit though, yes, you'll see shake.
