So, I just received one, but this person has never even made me sign anything, he has never given me receipts, and right now he is not even allowed on the premises because he was arrested and charged with assault. So, he cannot come onto the property. Also, it says the reason for the notice is for Breach of verbal agreement (What verbal agreement? I pay my rent) Unsafe living situation for the landlord and tenants (I have never touched him, but he has assaulted 3 people, including myself on multiple occasions. Also, it said damaged property. There is no damaged property. He has broken my TV stand by smashing the glass with a hammer, and he threw out my property without permission. He broke my outdoor glass table, too. He has stolen money from me. He has come onto the property even though he is legally not allowed on it. I have tried contacting the RCMP multiple times now and they won't do anything about it. They have helped him when he has assaulted people that live here. They have even taken him to McDonald's after he choked my sister and he was never arrested. They are VERY corrupt, and he is playing the victim. There are so many 911 calls, I can't even count them all. What do I do?
