  • This vegan mozarella will blow you mind. It a delicious vegan cheese and tastes like regular mozzarella, its easy cheap and fast and meltable. Ill show you four recipes you can make with it like vegan pizza with mozzarella.
    Its high in protein similarly to some dairy mozzarella and its possible to make it oil free. Mine has B!” and extra protein as well through the nutritional yeast I use. More about nutritional yeast here www.healthline.com/nutrition/...
    By the way, don't forget to SUBSCRIBE :). Here is a link to the Instagram page as well

    Hello, my dear, I tried your Mozzarella and I remain amazed, it's just great, thanks a lot, you made my year! I was lucky, I got high quality nutritional yeast and delicious Tofu, freshly made, plain, soy only. It was very soft, but slightly firmer than silken tofu, so I added a little water. It came out just great. I'll leave away the pepper and the garlic next time for some dishes, like pizza. Thus I can decorate the Pizza with freshly ground pepper, I find it decorative. And I like to season the tomato sauce and garlic is one of the ingredients.
    Merci bien, ma jolie française, bisous. (On peut dire ça toujours? Je sais, que dans la géneration de mes pères c'etait comun. No offense).
    Ah, but now I see that you prepare the pizza dough with common flour only! No, you have to take 'farina 00' or another special Italian pizza flour. Mandatory. Look up some recipes! You'll try it and you'll see all at once.
    I'm just carried away by your cheese, i started to prepare my first crean cheeses some weeks ago after some 20 years of living vegan over all (I wrote the first vegan cooking book in Switzerland 2005), and I wouldn't know, that one could do such great things. The stuff in supermarkets are just horrible. Hahahaha.
    Tu as une tres belle energie!

    These are great recipes for cheese! I was especially intrigued by the green soup in the picture! Perhaps you can do a vegan version of vegan Pissaladière?

    Is it possible to use a different kind of fat instead of coconut oil, so that it has less saturated fat? Thank you 🙂

    Hello! Je profite de ton accent français pour te féliciter dans la langue de Molière! Cette vidéo est très claire, agréable à regarder et donne envie de reproduire la mozzarella.
    Je vais me lancer car j’ai bien envie d’une bonne pizza!
    Continue!

    Looks nice! What happen if I use the first recipe on the pizza? The Agar doesn’t melt enough?

    • @vegeodyssey8981
      @vegeodyssey8981  3 роки тому +2

      it has to be sliced thin and it melts, i can show you a picture of mine when i did it that way. Is mostly ineficcient in time because you would make it firm up and right after melting down again

    Looks great. But I don't think I can follow your recipe. I need to cook with regular, and leveled, measuring Tablespoons. . Your 4 Tablespoons might be 1/3 cup or 1/2 cup.

      Yes! I would like to know too! Will sunflower oil work ?

    • @DrArcular
      @DrArcular 2 роки тому

      You need an oil that's firm at low temperature and melts when heated. I don't think sunflower or canola oil would work for the firm version, but in the pizza version I think it might work

    • @vegeodyssey8981
      @vegeodyssey8981  2 роки тому

      Hi, the oil is part of making it melt. My best guess on replacing the oil would be replacing it with silken tofu, but the texture will be different, let me know if you try :)
