His issue ended up being electrical but I know he bought some gasket material and we were able to duplicate the original one pretty well. I believe he also cleaned the carburetor and maybe rebuilt it cause he thought that was the issue originally.
Sean Hendrick thanks for replying back. I was planning on rebuilding as well. I am just hoping to find my float is adjusted too High and causing the Overflow.
