Hell ya . I do the same with my dumps. I leave all my couplers on. I put a tracker in mine. The perfect spot is under the bed the stake pockets have rubber plugs . I pop one off an put the tracker in there. I had one taken off a job. Called the police an took them right to the guys house/ garage that it was in. Hand cuff his ass off to jail he went. The best 150 bucks i spent. An i got my trailer back.
Man, that is bad ass right there
I bought my Sure Trac dump trailer with the hydraulic jack already installed. Then hooked up a cheap wireless remote system to the hydraulic pump. Man what a difference in being able to stay in my truck and watch the back up camera then drop trailer tongue onto the tow ball, then get out and hook everything up.
That is the ultimate set up. I have remote on mine, but we have lost the units and that is so nice to be able to dump and drive away at the same time and put it down.
Love the information and mods in the trailers. Thank's for Sharing !
Absolutely I appreciate you watching. Thank you very much!
Love your system. One concern I have is if someone that spots your trailer and has their own coupler they could take the trailer. I hope that's never happened to you.
No doubt the only way to really make it to where somebody can't take it is if you take all four tires off
@@hustlenation4779 I bought an apple tag gps and hide it in the trailers body so I can track it with my iphone
Fluid film all the seams under the bed and the frame rails.
Good advice absolutely
@@hustlenation4779 I have a 7x14 and used 2 cans. I still need another can to get everything else I didn't get
Great suggestions. Thanks!
Hey there, thank you so much. I appreciate you watching it.
This man is a gem , keep it up my brother , these folks are benefiting from your knowledge , trust me .
Thank you so much I appreciate it
Sir your videos are guiding me as I begin my business. What do you think of gooseneck dump trailers (non cdl)?
Those are good. I would just suggest getting a 14 foot it will carry as much as a 16 just easier to maneuver.
Very smart, thanks for that advise. T.
Thank you for watching
Great. Thanks
I appreciate you watching
And have a backup camera pointed at the hitch on the truck, best money I ever spent
Smart ! Love it

Ammo can is awesome!!!!
Thank you very much. I appreciate that.
Hey brother, I enjoy your videos about dump trailer hustles. I am wondering if you could answer a question that nobody seems to be able to give a straight answer for. Do I have to get DOT#'s or MC #'s to operate a dump trailer business? I realize that all states may be different but do you know an answer that is a general answer? Thanks in advance for your response.
It's gonna depend on if you take the trailer across state lines
The $200 a trip isn’t return on investment. The drop off and the pick up runs are the work you’re putting in. Let’s say $50 each. And then $25 for maintenance like you said, or fuel or whatever, those new trailers are super reliable of course. So maybe $75 return on your investment which is still great.
You are absolutely correct
I have a old all pro dump trailer sitting in the yard im going to fix up i need it back in action
Absolutely get it making some money
Hey I enjoyed your video I'm thinking about getting into dumpster rental and I went to look at a dump trailer I do have a couple of questions
Thank you for watching David. I got your email I will give you a call.
Interesting info Robert. Do you get deposits prior to rental? Do you collect the tipping fee from the customer after it is dumped ?
I’ve got a pretty good at knowing how much a load is going away and so I get a flat fee for dropping the trailer and picking it up and then I’ll get money from the customer and then if there’s a refund do I send that to them
What kind of truck do u recommend to pull those trailers? Diesel or gas? Thanks for all you do, really helps
Most of myloads run between 11 to 14,000 pounds in that trailer. I did it for a while with a 6.4 gas burner dodge and I’ve done it with a 6.0 Chevrolet and it can be done. You will go through transmissions and motors quickly a diesel is great for pulling. There’s a lot of expense added to it if I knew what I knew today I would buy one of the old Chevrolet 496 in.³ gas burners and use that.
It's more about the truck not the fuel type
i have a question for yah when getting started will i have to get dot number and mc numbers as my gcvwr is 24000 lbs. im in michigan and i read that if im a private carrier i can haul my own products it seems like a really grey area
You will need to talk with your local department of transportation, and/or an attorney
Where can I get one of those coupler boxes sir?
Give me the box that's mounted on the side of the trailer that it's locked in? Mine are just ammo boxes.

It all depends on what area you are in. Please check all your local laws.
