So it is true that the Government can violate those men's God-given rights to express themselves with free speech and peacefully assemble for the redress of grievances because they are not citizens, but they have those rights inherently as humans regardless of whether you or the US Government respects those rights.

I got in the front seat of a Lyft this weekend. The GPS was in Spanish and the driver was entirely silent the whole time. I guessed that he didn't know English well. I started speaking to him in some Spanish. When I asked how long he's been in the US, he said one year, and I said "oh...Biden!" and he laughed heartily. Good human moment between us.
