Pharma will come after them and hurt them for spreading this information if they unite. Best thing you can do is share these videos with family and loved ones. Pharmaceutical industry is deeply connected with government and they will do anything to keep America and people unhealthy. They want to sell you insulin and other meds. They make more profits.

Great content/ discussion! Especially enjoyed supplementation combined with intermittent fasting.
Been on strict keto for 12 months, lift 3-4 days per week, lost 45lbs, now 6’3” 210lbs., supplement magnesium/boron/q10/saw palmetto/protein, 17/7 fast 3-4 times per week.
Initially lost size/inches everywhere. Now muscular volume/ inches has increased.
Question: I have weighed 210 now going on 4 months. Body composition has changed some (putting on muscle), however can’t seem to loose final mid section/ handles (abs are showing, but not completely). Feel like I’m stalling. Any suggestions on loosing this final amount of fat?

My longest is 4 days - and I will say , if you try to start and fail, and eat..... pay it no mind, and continue on an eating schedule until you're ready to try again. It's easier if you've already acclimated yourself to intermitten fasting (me: 1 meal a day). There's no shame in breaking a fast before your goal time. I've found w/me it's about momentum : if you can get past that first 36 hrs, it's a little easier to lock in one more day. Then again my limit , so far , is 4 days. It's almost addicting , in terms of how much better you feel: your eyes feel much more clear, thinking, more energy etc... Our bodies are an amazing, amazing physical and spiritual creation. There's a reason (actually many) Jesus said :"WHEN you fast ......."

Bottom line: as both of you keep pointing out, there are SO many reciprocal pathways, SPECIFIC to the person, on ANY given day, that the “reality” of designing therapy for a patient is NEVER going to be driven by intellectual approach, including keto/glucose meters. Instead, patients, clients, health devotees, should be TRAINED to be “increasingly sensitive” to ALL of these physiological states, ie. ketosis , high glucose, etc. ONLY then can the individual manipulate the variables to desired ends. In short, people generally fail when applying these concepts because they can’t even differentiate between the “experience” of an insulin high versus ketosis versus the lowered metabolic state of a 2 day fast!

Thanks for the depth in here guys. To go a bit deeper on trace minerals, I spent nearly 8 years with the world leader in this space within animal nutrition and peer reviewed published research and meta analyses. The company have the greatest in depth knowledge on how these trace minerals interact and are absorbed, which led them down the path over 50 years ago with a unique and patented complex action to take advantage of the amino acid pathway to gain entry for these essential trace minerals like Zinc as opposed to the highly antagonised inorganic standard mineral pathway for absorption in the stomach. The company has also been involved in human nutrition for some time and gave some very interesting published papers. They released mend+defend range for humans. Do your own research, it’s there for all to review. I personally recommend these complexes to my colleagues and friends due to my knowledge in this industry and based purely on the science that surrounds them. There are no other trace minerals with the same capacity that I am aware of.
