I feel you friend. my dad was a hammers fan. he passed a couple of years ago. we used to go to many away games, as we lived up north. the heart of east ham has been removed. boleyn ground was east ham/upton park. all those pie shops and pubs that have gone is criminal. nothing wrong with boleyn ground. it was beautiful. now the team has a vacuous stadium with no soul. and the old ground has destroyed what once was west ham. very sad. all for money. but still.... COYI ⚒️⚒️
Been a qpr fan all my life , lived right across the road , even got to win a cup final there with my school , glad to see someone showin us abit of love
Great tour guys, So about Loftus Road as a venue to watch football. It's old it's cramped and it's small by premier League standards, BUT...... When that place is packed to the rafters and rocking there are stadiums 4 times the size that can't generate an atmosphere to rival it. I will miss it when we finally have to leave but until then, it's my home and I love it.
Thanks, Malcolm! Still on my bucket list to attend a match there. Touring Loftus Road I could picture it on Matchday and can imagine what you’re describing 🔥
It’s small even by championship standards. Stopped going there 20 years ago. Very dated and cramped it was okay back in the day when I was paying circa £15 to get in . But people expect more these days . Football isn’t cheap these days if I’m paying £40 for a seat I want to watch a game with plenty of leg room a comfortable seat and a good view. If QPR had a half decent stadium. Probably still be following them .
I’ve been waiting for these comments. I realized I made the mistake when I said it, but that’s what comes with a live vlog. I realize the distinction, thanks for the comment
@@StateOfSoccer don’t apologise. Some angry people at there looking to hate. I’m sure they wouldn’t like an American breathing down their neck if they made the inverse mistake in the us…. Obnoxious snobbery

Best football stadium in London, the best Football kit in the world & probably the best name for a football club too. QPRs first ever chairman was Randolph Churchill, Winston Churchill's father. We don't win much but technically we won WW2
My husband would have loved to walk out on the pitch with Stan bowles and all the 75/76 team he has been a fan since 1973 he says he might have to find his boots again when qpr fail to score, only thing is he would need oxygen at half time he is 62 he says the mind is there but the body isn't
I've always wanted to watch a QPR game at loftus road. there's only a few stadiums like it. this isn't an insult but it reminds me of glanford road, scunny if you've never been lol. really hemmed in and intimate. love it.
Your bearings were off when referring to the location of White City Stadium. It was in fact behind you, to the north of Loftus Road. Great video otherwise though.
it's probably been mentioned but try visiting kenilworth road, home of luton town fc. 2nd division team. the away stand is literally a row of terraced housing😂 and i mean literally.

I’m sorry, Jude. Didn’t mean to offend you 😅😅
Rangers all my life..best memory at loftus rd, winning the play off semi against oldham 2003..blew the roof off
Paul Furlong!! Also my favourite ever QPR game.
QPR, you gotta love them. Hammers fan myself but it is stadiums like Loftus Road and Craven Cottage that remind me of the sorely missed Boleyn Ground.
Would love to have toured Boleyn, or saw a match there. Absolute classic!

Always loved playing at the Boleyn, great games between us and you I am a QPR fan. Proper club West Ham
Qpr fan sane goes for west ham loved their old ground atmosphere was unreal.
Ninian park was a good ground as well, Cardiff should have kept it and used the new ones for international games

if you ever decide to come to a game get tickets in the lower loft end or ellerslie road if you want to be next to the atmosphere
