Liam Howlett is a genius and a prodigy and the most original producer of our generation and will be remembered in history for changing our soundscape in innumerable ways.
His dancers are alright, too.
Ahah he made his dancers rich
Legends!!! keeps up the mood
He made the dancers rich
Apex twin better
One of the _top_ music composition geniuses in history. I don't see how someone who listens to the diversity and quality of the toTality of Prodigy's music could not agree.
Similar to Delerium/Front Line Assembly.

Rest Easy Keith Flint. A true legend and icon, you changed EDM through The Prodigy, your influence and energy will not be forgotten, thank you♥️
Liam Howlett did, though.
These graphics are insane!
Liam Howlett. The Prodigy. I mean dude, what an amazing, gifted producer. Dude was like 19 - 20, maybe 21 at a push and he dropped Experience and it just blew minds. He is literally a prodigy.

2:19 Keith Flint back in the day. Legend. Never afraid to express himself. RIP
that first album was and still is a bomb!
The stuff even before that as well: ua-cam.com/video/lKqhWeVEplA/v-deo.html
My first encouter with The Prodigy; watching MTV Dance as a 12 year old on a saturday night and seeing this video. Never heard or seen something like it. Couple of months later heard Out of space on the radio and figured out it was the same band. Went to the record store the same day and bought Experience. Been the biggest fan ever since. Glad to have seen them live several times. Their music helped me through so many (hard) times... Can't believe 30 years have passed.. Thanks for all the great tunes Liam, Maxim, Leeroy and Keith (R.I.P.). Love you guys!
This is by far my favourite prodigy track. It was the first song from them i heard somewhere in the 90's and i was hooked from the get go. I remember hunting the cassettes to get all prodigy songs. I'm from former soviet union and we had just gotten our freedom. I was soaking myself into everything that came from the west, a free world and sometimes it was difficult to get my hands on things i wanted. I actually got my first prodigy casseste from some bootleg vendor.
Molodets bro 😁👍
Music connects people. Music is magic. Music is love.

This is The Prodigy.
And he is saying F I R E.

I miss the 90's :( still brings back great memories, love the prodigy :)
RIP Keith you know the prodigy where the real deal when every top Dj used their records to mix with at massive events
Keith had nothing to do with this song, it was all Liam Howlett

Arthur Brown - Fire 🔥 (1968)
I love the 3D animations in the old prodigy videos, by today's standards they sure look crappy as fuck, but I can't imagine the hardware and the effort used back in the day to do them.
Agreed ... If you watched this on LSD I'm sure it would be quite otherworldly 🌌
Obey Rostipher I'm pretty sure that hasn't changed over time
Kellen Holmes Things evolved very fast those days. One year could change everything.
69GTUSER69 I think of Kraftwerks Musik non-stop video from 86 when I see these animations. Perhaps they are made to do that?
SuperHammaren Kraftwerk's video was top-of-the-world technology at the time, and not real-time. It's not the same as home computers and video-games, their timelines are very different. Home computers began in the late 70's, electronic computers at the 50's. The Prodigy at the time of this video was just a bunch of boys playing with music keyboards and amateur CGI in their PCs.
RIP Keith Flint. Your music will live on forever.
Классика ! 2024 😎
This CGI still better than all the marvel movies!! Love this track and album forever ❤ RIP KF
I got reminded of the early X-mix videos/mixes, good memories, still have some on vhs
Keith just went to live in another world he aint dead yall he just got tired of living on earth...
One of the ultimate Prodigy tracks that put them up there in cult status. Not to sure about their recent stuff, but this era - they where kings. It gave the general commercial massive access to some true Raving music, and brought many more into the true Rave scene.
Lets hope they keep going for years to come, but perhaps return to their ultimately true roots - the line between rave and commercial.
I do not think this track contributed something special to their succes compared with other early and popular tracks like Charly, Everybody in the place and Out of space, but perhaps it receive cult status in the underground environment? I personally think "Fire" is awesome, and better than e.g "Firestarter", even I think the other three tracks above is even better!
I love old and modern Prodigy, I'm 38, I hope to take my 12 year old daughter to see Liam and Maxim one day!
This track was the one to me. This version specifically. I saw it on a video tape at a cousins place. Loved the sound/melody, specially this part and I was disappointed when this version was not on the album I later bought. I was into the very early hardcore stuff, Netherlands. Prodigy was the only outsider we really accepted in our scene in the early days.
oldskool classic
Remember phoning up a cable tv channel called "The box" to vote for this song to be played. Was worth the money
Wow, ik was geheel vergeten dat we die zender hadden destijds 😂
My wife says I dress like I'm in the 90s, I love this music with passion,, bollocks to my lady, prodigy for life 🎶😊

Liam Howlett did, though.
Awesome track of the Prodigy ♥️ I love Prodigy ! I am from Brazil , Sao Paulo !! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Fire !!!
Esses caras os clipes e as musicas eram afrente de sua época...
Adoro este tema, gracias a este me hice fan de The Prodigy.
This song is 🔥
It's so awesome to me that in the beginning there were four British friends, one being reggae, the other one punk rock, third one hip hop and fourth one techno, who got together and started making music just for the love of it.
No. One guy started making music and hired three dancers.
@@RaferJeffersonIIICitations and sources or you're talking bo!!ocks!

As many others have said, still a killer of a tune to this day. A word of warning though, never listen to it whilst driving. One time I did, and I won't put on the internet what speed I clocked when I checked the speedo. Lets just say it was considerably above the legal limit!
Never heard this before, wild, all over the place! Love it!
This is for anyone who does not understand this part and or lyrics of 1:16 Its very simple to understand after being tolds the lyrics are. "When I was a youth I used to burn cali weed in a rizzler-a-rizzler-a-rizzler-a-rizzler-a"

Everybody in the place...let's go...oldschool forever!
Absolutely love The Prodigy but only their early stuff like on Experience.
Liam has more top melodies in each track that most artists have on a whole album.
This is by Prodigy, not Liam. Troll.
Liam IS the Prodigy. The other three had nothing to do with this song.
Don't lie there's no one called Liam in the Prodigy. They is only 1 guy in Prodigy and his first name is "The" and his last name is "Prodigy". Don't chat shit mate.
y3ko8614 - Ironic cause using "gawd" is pretty hipster. Please stop trying to be hip.
The Prodigy's music has always been a Liam Howlett solo thing. Yes the others may have had input in terms of opinions early on, but it wasn't really until Poison and then subsequently Firestarter when Keith walked into the studio and laid a vocal on an otherwise great instrumental. The iconic video basically made him a frontman of sorts, even though Maxim had been the predominant MC for the band live. Keith and Leeroy were just dancers.
Yes members have come and gone (Sharky, Gizz Butt etc) but the 3 are the only real members of the band. As for production and writing, I doubt the process is quite as insular as the Experience days but it will till be Liam doing everything musically, with the inclusion of various studio vocalists who may pen their own words and vocal melodies such as both Keiths, Juliette Lewis etc.
I don't think Liam named the band over anything but his Moog but when it comes to the bands music, he basically is the Prodigy. When it comes to live, the other members have always come into their own and even from early, set the band apart from the rest of the rave scene. Exciting shows, and Liam fucking with the tracks on his W30's instead of just playback.
Rip Keith we miss you mate
At their best! My 117 year old now listens to them the same way I did 22 years ago!
+THEGRENDAL ha! 17.. i meant to say!
+THEGRENDAL 17??
Ahí viene
Ahí viene
they were so ahead of their time its not even funny !
Your damn right
Not really, there were LOADS of great Old Skool hardcore artists who were equally as good as Prodigy, if not better. Acen or Hyper-on Experience, for example. Just cos Prodigy cracked the mainstream (& I LOVE Experience & Jilted Generation by the way) it doesn’t really make them better than the others. I mean, Hyper-On Experience’s “Lord of the Null Lines” is easily the equal of any Prodigy track, & I’m fairly certain Liam would agree tbh.
They did ragga like Ratpack then
Not ahead of there time..they just were masters of the "UK Rave" scene which existed back from the start of 1989-90
Why would it be funny
Big shotout from vatrena Croatia, fire fire i forget that this classic was also Prodigy geniuses i just remembered he he he

Brings me back memories of when i first heard this (b/c of my cousin) when i was a 5 year old child in da early-mid 90's. The pordigy is what got me into the whole techno/house/electronic/trance/digital and then later dubstep scene (not so much dupstep, since it is very hard to sound unique and/or original w/ dubstep [yet somehow Skrillex seems pulls it off prety well, lol]).
Mixmag and DJ Mag slagged off the Hardcore scene back in the day, though these days they remember it fondly on social media.
wow, this brings back memories, I think I was 7 when this came out and I still love it!
Oh my god I f'ing loved this one summer and then totally forgot about it- of course its The Prodigy!!! Jesus!!!
