because you probably realize how easy it is to NOT end up one of these positions. these videos are hilarious to me because all you have to do is not break a law or be a narcissistic fool.
The issue is she’s confusing being in a public space with driving. You must provide documents when driving and you committed an infraction. If she was standing, walking, running on a sidewalk they would have to suspect her of a crime to ID her in most states. They can ask for it and consensually ask questions but she can decline on both. She’s just confused.
You only have to follow lawful commands from an officer. I prefer to see people assert their rights. These people are not the example that should be followed.

@jasminek5557 ive know people that died from not having it on and people that died because the seat belt trapped them in the car. I ride motorcycles and I don't wear a seat belt in my truck. If im by myself in my vehicle it should be a choice. I'm 38, I know the risks.
her typical asking of a question then talking over the answer is so infuriating. If you don't want to hear the answer to your question then just STFU and stop with the questions.
Felony or not, it's just foolish. Never in the history of police interactions has someone successfully disagreed themselves out of a citation or arrest. Ever. There's no such thing as declining to ID, exit the vehicle, or be under arrest. 0% success rate.
Nobody ever died from hyperventilation. If you hyper ventilate co2 builds up in you blood you pass out your breathing returns to normal and you wake back up. There is no Permanente damage.
They're trying to fake the most visible attention-grabbing form of medical emergency they can think of. You see people that start purposely hyperventilating, and people who play dead and pretend to have seizures. It's super sad because it's so fake and it slowly desensitizes the officers to anyone having a real medical emergency in future encounters.
The main thing to remember with cops is that their job is to arrest people and give charges, the court is for guilt or innocence. You won’t win at the time of the incident, go to court and plead your case.
Both cases are in my state of Florida. Cops here are very friendly and respectful. I was pulled over four years ago for a stop sign that I didn’t see. It was right off the highway exit. I was polite and told the officer the truth that I didn’t see it. He gave me a warning with no issues.
People do not realize that simple good manners go a long way in difficult situations. Duh! This is what happens when manners are not taught to children.
Let's be honest, every state has really bad cops and also good cops. From what I've seen the traffic cops are overwhelmingly the good ones. It's the other one that are trouble. I mean I used to live in Florida and when my mom spoke to the police about one of our neighbors trespassing and pressing himself up against her bedroom window, the cops were just like "well do you wear anything skimpy to bed" and didn't do anything, even though a) why does that even matter, and b) my sister and I were still minors so like... you'd think the cops might be a little more concerned that a large man is pressing himself up against the bedrooms windows of a house especially with minors in it Traffic cops are pretty good though.
The DMV needs to start giving I.Q. tests about certain traffic infractions and interactions with law enforcement before handing out or renewing driver licenses. The level of stupidity is ridiculous with certain people.
That would be considered racist. But I agree, the written questions are unbelievably easy. They'll show you three traffic lights and ask you which one is red. Maybe add some math or logic problems.
I had an accident before snitching on myself because I hit a road sign before the cop came over I took out my license and proof of insurance and registration cards ready. Cop was more concerned about my safety over that sign. That was yesterday. If you behave with the police they will be more civil.
We were taught to do this before we got our drivers license. People are so nasty and disrespectful, especially when they know they are caught and are in the wrong. Our justice system is broken, and they know nothing will of this.
I've lost count of the number of people who talk themselves into being arrested after the cop tells them if they cooperate they'll only get a traffic citation.
I really want to see the first lady in court and see what happened. I wonder if all the imaginary people she knows in high places and IED punished people for treating her like a mortal.

Agree, this type of toxic attitude is the real epidemic that exploded with Covid

They're trying to fake the most visible attention-grabbing form of medical emergency they can think of. You see people that start purposely hyperventilating, and people who play dead and pretend to have seizures. This is what happens when manners are not taught to children.
going by youtube arrest videos florida cops arrest 10 stupid people every minute
Let's be honest, every state has really bad cops and also good cops. From what I've seen the traffic cops are overwhelmingly the good ones. It's the other one that are trouble. I mean I used to live in Florida and when my mom spoke to the police about one of our neighbors trespassing and pressing himself up against her bedroom window, the cops were just like "well do you wear anything skimpy to bed" and didn't do anything, even though a) why does that even matter, and b) my sister and I were still minors so like... you'd think the cops might be a little more concerned that a large man is pressing himself up against the bedrooms windows of a house especially with minors in it
Traffic cops are pretty good though.
Would you rather....have police hand you a piece of paper or wrap your wrists in cuffs? That first woman...ridiculous.
The DMV needs to start giving I.Q. tests about certain traffic infractions and interactions with law enforcement before handing out or renewing driver licenses. The level of stupidity is ridiculous with certain people.
I mean, it is all on the written part. Don't you remember?
Certain people means not enough numbers to economically do so. Sooh soo 🤷.

"They" will meet you at the jail. There are female supervisors/sergeants you know.

There is very few situations where being disrespectful to police will benefit you. Not on the street nor in court. If you feel the officer is in the wrong, you can articulate that respectfully. If he continues then make your case in the court. If you try to fight it out on the roadside you could get hurt and end up with extra charges.
