i have the forth edition by KAPLAN do i need the newest one for the 2023 for ibt toefl exam? or is it enough?
Nope! They just repeat the same thing in all the newer editions. Only thing different is the book cover!

Making a new video review on this in 2024. However, the top books in this video are still excellent resources for the new version of the TOEFL iBT as the content of the exam remains largely the same.

Yes, they still do as the vast majority of the content on the new TOEFL iBT has not changed. You just have to supplement your prep with resources that discuss the new writing section - Writing for an Academic discussion.

The format of both exams aren't the same. Can you take an IBT instead?
