I'd say Ball on a String is actually REALLY different with the type, amount, and progression of the drills, as well as the effect they have on ball control. It's also way more in depth. This is more like a daily minimum workout.

This is so useful! I'm 15 and had been playing basketball at ages 9-10 but then got Ill, I've just started getting better and basketball has always been something that I love, it's like an addiction so going back to it and not being as good as I was before has had a huge impact of my ego but these are helping me keep going because it helps me believe I'll one day be able to be as good (and hopefully better) than I was those years ago.

I played varsity ball as a point guard for 4 years and was 'athlete of the year' during my junior and senior year, being the only girl to do so two years in a row. Although I've stopped playing since then, my love and passion for the game has never gone away and your videos get me pumped so thanks for taking the time! By the way, I think the top ball handlers in the CURRENT NBA are
