The Finals managed to avoid my attention all the way up to its release in December of last year. With the countless other failed Free To Play, FPS shooter attempts over the years, who can really blame me?
Thankfully, The Finals isn't one of them. And in this video, we're going to look at what it is about The Finals that makes it one of the most fun and chaotic first person shooters I've played in a long time.

No idea BF3 devs made this game, makes sense with how smooth the gunplay and movement is. TBH this game feels like a cracked out BF4 with overwatch vibes

tip! you can remove gas instantly with a fire barrel or grenade. It's usually a good idea to bring a barrel of fire to the cashout you're trying to raid if you know they've got gas.
same with goo walls which are often around payloads
14:47 fire eliminates gas, smoke eliminates fire. Just equip those gadgets and if you don't have any, use the barrels or get creative and drop the cashout. This game encourages adaptability and creative decisions
Only glaring issue is that you cant swap your gadgets/weapons in a tourney match, only before it starts which is very stupid imo for a game that is about adapting and creativity

Why didn't you mention the graphics? I mean, I'm not the only one who appreciates them right. I know a lot of people don't really care, but I think it really helps out the game.
Also, it is shocking how well optimized it is, the physics are amazing, and there really isn't anything like it.

It is fascinating to me how such a high quality content that you post is so underappreciated. I just want to say that I love your videos and I would dare to say that they are way better than a lot of popular yt creators. Your content is comparable to Bricky and yet you only have this many subs. I am watching you since the Cossack video you posted. Keep it up man, you are very good.
Fun fact: quick cash was actually designed as a derivative of the tournament mode. In closed beta one the casual mode was just single round tournaments with some harsher rules (50% cash lost on a team wipe, less coins and longer respawns). In closed beta 2 they introduced quick cash a simplified and less punishing variant of tournament after feedback made it clear that tournament was not noob friendly. I can’t help but agree with that sentiment.

It's really funny how the opinion on light class is almost like an upside down bell curve where beginners think they're op af, intermediate players think they're dog shit and then high level players think they're good again.

As a very sweaty player that have pushed the leaderboard all betas and release I can tell you that light is a meme and good players playing light do it to get more of a challenge. If they ran a meta build of MMH or MHH they would have demolished you even more, by playing LLL they give you a chance.
I love bank it. It's my preferred game mode over quick cash just because you really use the whole map to play
The common consensus is that the light is currently the most underpowered class in the game. They're just too squishy in front of the current weapon meta of FCAR/Lewis/SA1216, all of which can beam down a light in the blink of an eye, and them being hitscan makes it easy to aim even when a light is running around dashing. Cloak is not really that viable nowadays cause almost every team runs recon senses, which is stupid OP and has no counters, grapple has too high of a cooldown to provide consistent mobility, so the only 'meta' option is the dash.

You can use fire to dispel gas if enemies are spamming it on the objective
Light is generally considered the weakest class. I think it needs some small buffs. Completely competitively unviable in ranked.

True, they would either have to be unlocked from the start or that would just have to be a barrier for tournament if you want to play dupes of the same class
The best part is the game runs really well especially for a new game never have had any problems

Gas should really just lower your health to a certain amount and stop. It is neat that it works as a great opener for an attack but it is too strong of a steal denying tool right now.
Gas should be able to damage you until it reaches around 50 health where it will leave your health at that point. That way fire has a use besides being the dedicated gas remover. Fire is even kinda bad at that because smoke and gas can be combined so that gas is unremovable.

It always makes me laugh when “elite” gamers make it a POINT to talk about how much they “don’t care” about skins/bps like brother you sound like you care more than the average player does 😂 just play the free game- you wouldn’t have to constantly remind people how much you “hate” the system if you didn’t care

just another game that prioritizes these cringe stacked teams that use the absolute cheesiest abilities possible (res stacking, pocket healing, barrier head exploiting, cc gas grenades)
Games flaunt themselves as "competitive" but fail in the most basic aspects of competitive balance. Its truly cringe. Its like these devs literally dont even know anything about overwatch 1 to now.
They are killing the game themselves. No serious competitive players will pick up this dogshit concept of a "team-based fps"

In ranked nobody plays light , cause you get rekt instantly. You are the first one who whines about the rpg nerf ... light is the most weak class by far and med has a gagdet and u can see every invi in 30 metres range. So yeah next time use that;p
My mate plays light on ranked... he's pretty nasty with Xp and he plays invis not giving a single shit about recon. Note we are plat 4 and only play against diamonds
@@yorusannn_ He is the exclusion then cause i also have played about 150 hours on light class .Im also plat 1 ,near diamond and believe me when i say 90% of teams who pass on to the brackets , dont have a light player . Anyway with new season 2 changes i expect light to take a worthy position in the roster . Whats your opinion on the new season ?
