I'm back.
This video serves as a little explanation of why I haven't been posting anything for the last 2 years. I would like to continue our journey through sharing experiences and stories on how to deal with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, PTSP and other small mental health issues. I have seen this hell and I am back. But completely changed and happier. Who ever needs encouragement, is more than welcome to follow me and participate in whichever way suits you.
It is possible to get your life back, but you have to work on it. And always pray and accept that we are small. But that's the beauty of life. We are small and called to have life in abundance, not in fear. So grab it.
