She has the greatest story! I initially found her story when I was researching those who made a career in real-estate when I was studying for the NYS Licensing Exam. It was exactly what fate wanted me to hear because at that time I was going though a tough breakup. My world was shattered and uncertain and Barbara gave me the strength and wisdom I needed to keep pushing forward!

@@BrandyValentineRealEstate I ultimately decided that sales were not a profitable business plan in the market I am located in. It was hard watching the market change from bad to worse in just 2 years time. I also realized ownership and investment in rentals or multifamilies was a better way to go. Depending on your market working on a commission-only business can be hard without a passive income. That or a very direct need for a realtors license due to your professional endeavors. I am still looking for my first investment property at age 26. I appreciate the interest, tell me about your experience!

@@RyanJosephLong This business is very hard without passive income. I do still work full time while pursuing my career in real estate. I'm new to helping people buy and sell but not new to the business. Staying positive especially during these strange times is what's going to set people apart. Pushing through insecurities is still something I struggle with but at the end of the day I know I'm the best person to help my people. I'm hoping to buy my first home in the coming years and I'm 33 so good for you at 26 to be at that point. Keep it up! I'm rooting for you!

Yeah this is why I don't want to date anyone and just focus on my school. I am a CPA in the making. Love Barbara for her strength.

This is what I just need! Thank you for this video!
I am struggling with my business and everything is going down. Even my family dont support my decision. They all trying to convince me to apply for a job and work to death.
I will follow her and go against my family. I will continue my business even without their blessings. I am happy here.

This is so inspiring. Years ago I wanted to transfer from one store to another and a coworker told me "you are just jumping from the frying pan into the fire". But he was wrong. It was one of the best decisions of my Life. After I transferred everything changed for the better. Hopefully younger women see this video!

Probable..., But when the issue get serious... men want to see the half of the money too!!. So, here is the thing, peruvian women are not forbbiden of buying houses and propreties, totally opposite from a machism view, we are incouroging other kind of behaviour to them. Welcome savings, saving accoutns, labour, patents, etc. Kissed.
