Mine seems to be different. When you hit the GPS button it comes up with a list of activities with a circle next to it. When you hit GPS again it puts a check mark next to the activity, such as running, but does not select it?? How do I select the activity?
Will the alerts show up on your phone? I put my apple watch on my daughter when she is sleeping and has a fever so I can know when the Advil is running out.
Thanks for doing this tutorial! I was hoping it would monitor the heart rate high and low while sleeping actually. I think I might try to create a custom activity and start it when I sleep. Having watched most, if not all of your videos, prompted me to buy my own Garmin Instinct. This will be the 5th smart/activity watch that I've tried and I believe this one is finally a keeper. I like it's functions, style, weight, battery life and the Garmin Connect app as well. The only thing I can really say negative is that it is not counting the floors climbed unless I raise my arm at the top of the stairs. But, in its defense, the other watches I've tried had the same issue except for the Fitbit Versa (only thing it did right..ha)
hi, do you have any videos showing what the heart rate alerts sound like?

How loud is the Abnormal Heart Rate Alarm???
Thanks for the tutorial
Love the Watch
Can you connect this alert to an app in real time?

Did it work?
This is disappointing. Tons of these devices can measure heart rate all the time but still won’t give you alerts 24/7. Useless!
Tq sir..
