I have a question I'm personally a very shy person and i know singing at church is a good this and we should do it but I can't because of my axiaty what is your opinion on this is it bad not to sing or idk?
I think this is a better question to ask those of faith in your life like your parents & pastor. This is kinda a multi-layered question that I can't answer fully b/c I don't know your context. But in any case don't tell yourself you can't. If you tell yourself you can't that will be reinforced through your actions
