Ingredients:
125g (1 cup) Bread flour
125g (1.1 cup) Cake flour
5g (1 tsp.) Baking powder
50g (0.5 sticks) Refrigerated unsalted butter
30g (2 tbsp.) Refrigerated shortening
30g (2.5 tbsp.) Sugar
1g (a pinch) Salt
115ml Milk
Preheat the oven to 200 ℃ (392 ℉) and bake for 15 minutes
