Some information was a little inaccurate.
West Sac has the following elementary schools:
Riverbank
Elkhorn
Stonegate
Southport
Westfield
Westmore Oaks
Bridgeway
For HS they have River City, Yolo, and Washington Middle College HS
Additionally there’s other private schools including charter schools that are popular in the region. This would be Our Lady of Grace (a Catholic girls school), Lighthouse Charter School, and Epic Charter School.
There really is great choices to consider but Bridgeway, Stonegate, and Washington Middle College HS tend to be the best in terms of academics.

Yolo High School was not the original high school. It has been what you call a continuation high school. Where kids go Where they have fallen behind in their education. Also there are more than 2 elementary schools there is Westfield, Riverbank, and more that you skipped over. You basically covered Southport area and the industrial area which is getting barren where Bike Dog and Baker Wines is. Sadly West Sacramento has lost it's charm it once had. One thing about the courts in the states streets. The rail yard is right there and at random times you hear the train cars banging into each other and homeless people camp out along the fence lines. I highly don't recommend that part of West Sacramento.
