  • part 9 finishes the major parts of this build. this slip yoke eliminator and extended driveshaft IS NOT nessesary for everyone. i was VERY picky about my clearences. i use this jeep off road ALLOT and wanted to never worry about that oil pan smashing into the pumpkin. there was a few filming errors and camerman errors so i consider this video incomplete and im not super happy with it. i hope its still entertaining and something can be learned. thanks everyone !

Thanks bowman !! Trying to put those little cameras to use. Hard to find a good spot to mount them under the jeep. Want some shots of that new driveshaft spinning.

A Guy Named Alfons best thing i can tell you is dont use suction cup mount get one of the sticky ones with 3m tape on it and semi permanently mount it under there then in the future you can use the mount and you can get the adapter for it to be able to turn the camera and get different shots of your suspension

I really wanted to dedicate a whole video to the driving and few touch ups. I really appreciate the comments and the interest. UA-camrs like you helped keep me motivated in the dark times of this jeep. Thank you.

You want the pinion angle 1-2 degrees lower than the driveshaft. Go to Adams driveshafts website, they have a diagram on how to set the angle with that style of driveshaft.

If yours is too low, when you point it up, it’ll compress it so it won’t be over-extended like it is

I will look into that. Thanks. I does drive nice with no vibrations or anything but its certainly over extended.

I looked for the answer in this series of videos, but didn't find it: Did you use the wrangler's original fuel tank and pump? and the sending hoses?
What a marvelous job. I'm prepping to try and install my Isuzu 4JG2T and it's transmission into my YJ.

I touch on that in the very first video. I upgraded the tank to a factory 20 gallon tank. ( it was an option) but it is all factory. And i think its part 7 shows what we did with the line. The isuzu is a great engine. You should make videos.

@@AlfonsLC Wow! so the Jeep gas tank and pump is suitable for diesel too? Is the pressure enough for the diesel's high pressure pump? That's wonderful news! I will make videos, when I get around to it.

Joshua Kaboha i used no fuel pump other than the mercedes injector pump. Just needed a line.
