For everyone's information, he meant the prologue part of the game. Their quirks have no meaning here so it's best that most of them commit unalive because after the prologue phase, not only will you get more candles, but their quirks resets too, whether they are alive or not once you start your denial run.
If you saw a breacher MAA in prologue, buddy lemme just say that you're unlucky lmao.
Breacher for helion is op as heck i go constant 34 dmg except when u get winded
@@pcmoba3738 Breacher Carcass Hellion is very good too 👍.
Though, my point here is that good quirks in prologue is almost useless as they would immediately be replaced when you officially start your first run.
As someone who has never played darkest dungeon 2, a large number of candles seems like a weird reward for the bodies of 3 people
I’ve also never played it, but it kinda makes sense, to me at least.
In my religion, and I believe in most religions, you light candles for the dead.
Well, candles can be made out of any solid fat, so...
its weirder when you know candles represent hope
my interpretation of it is,thematically candles are hope and bringing the bodies to the inn shows that even though in the most desperate of times, we can still honour the dead and theres hope in that
Read my mind
I did this for prom and none of the families speak to me anymore.
If they’re beeswax candles, I might do this
I don't personally like save editing but if you're the type of person to grind in the fucking prologue you may as well just edit the save file directly...
Doing what game allows u to do and editing the files of the game are two different things. You need to have some amount of self respect or seriousness to play an offline game, else I can edit my dismas to deal 300 dmg from riposte.
LET MY BOY DISMAS LIVE🗣️🗣️‼️‼️‼️💯💯💯
He was my favorite character in the first one man bros move set was to sick
seems to be inline with typical darkest dungeon spirit.
By the time all 3 die and you go to the 1st inn you could have finished the 1st region and have more candles with wanderer heroes.
Amazing game design
Hehe i see the value and i like numbers go up!
Настолько Гениальный гейм дизайн, что люди абузят механику свечек, что бы сэкономить время на гриндилке🙃👌
I think that'd also give you 6 mastery points which is kinda awesome.
More candles = more bodies
Good luck bro.
I just try tip but instead dying, they go virtue and recorver to smash the enemy😅
tutorial is for dying, I agree
Thanks!!!
Just edit save if you do this...
You alive?!
yeah, but I dont think its worth if the character has a godly quirk
in prologue you're forced to abandon run anyway; so the quirks will be rerolled on actual act start.
Actualy you can just set any number of candles in save file, using notebook
PLEASE TELL ME HOW DO THAT
Fuck this is dark even for dd2
But deathless
But impossible
What's the fun in that lol I'd rather have 14 heart attacks and fight internal organs at the end for 14 candles
Or you can just go to the files of the game, find the reward for reaching inn there and rewrite it from 1 to... I don't know, 999? You can do it easily with a notepad, soooo it's better than trying to do some awkward stuff like that.
In my opinion, game progression is absolutely fine, you don't need to rush it, so better just play it.
You do know there's a difference between giving yourself a small boost to start and doing something that lets you instantly unlock everything, right? I don't know why every time there's some trick like this comes up people instantly jump to turning on god mode and skipping the whole game.
@@tetsiga45XxXorrrrr.... ppl can play games however the fuck they want 🙃🙃🙃

*Sorry for my English in advance, it's far from perfect*
There is also last sentence in my comment, you can read it again if you didn't get it.
Unlocking everything is not a godmode (at least not in roguelikes). The main idea behind game progression (the one that locks new stuff behind the walls of farming experience or special resource, like candles) is that you get used to the game easier when it has fewer amount of features. Then, the longer you play, the better your skill, so in perfect scenario you supposed to unlock more complex or absolutely new mechanics for further growth (for example, in DDII you start with only 5 skills unlocked for each hero, making you to play with only it, but also saving new players from dilemma of choosing best skills, since they CAN'T solve it right due to lack of skill). The thing is - sometimes player's skill outpaces game progression, or they are simply not newbies and already have some decent skill. In case of DDII it's a serious problem, since it's very similar to first DD, and experience gained in there by veteran players allows most of them to overhelm the game right of the bat. And what DDII is supposed to offer to veteran players, who can defeat several Confessions in a row, starting from the second run (the first run is simply for investigating new game mechanics)? Game progression for them is way too slow.
In short, I want to say that the game progression in DDII is practically perfect. For new players. Experienced players from first DD, however, may find it too grindy and boring, and infernal flames don't help that much, as it may look like.
i mean... you could just have fun instead.... instead of intentionally failing the videogame game
You’re not failing it, failing would be all 4 of them dying.
Yeah dude surely you're an expert on whether Bahroo is having fun playing video games or not
@@Jackenack i was speaking for myself, my guy, youd think that was obvious since i was fucking talking about having fun
