Loved this video Mabel and your flat is sooooooo cute 🥰🥰🥰 Thank you for always being so open and honest about costs of everything 💖💖💖 Love these types of videos xxx
Thank you for your comment!! Ahhh thank you so much there’s still a lot of things I want to get but I’ve been enjoying making it feel really homely ❤️🥰
68k for 2 bed is damn good deal in Jvc , I got in torch marina just 2 months back and to me it felt that I got a great deal at 82k in 1 cheque for a one bedroom but now I might reconsider, can you tell us the building name as well
Hey! Thank you!! To turn your DEWA on, you need your contract and to register for Ejari (this proves the tenancy is your name) and this is a Refundable security deposit for electricity and water connections - AED 2,000.00 (for apartments) / AED 4,000.00 (for villas)
Very nice video with break down of all costs. I have followed your costing and i think you have missed groceries expenses which would add up. Planning to move to Dubai hopefully by buying the apartment, so would save a lot on the main expenses. Thanks and please upload more
Thank you so much for the video. Very detailed and informative. Do you mind sharing your experience living in JVC - traffic, condition of the buildings, pollution sound and air as I noticed few construction going around your place, and who pays for the district heating and cooling? Thanks so much in advance.
Thanks for the transparency all the time!!
Always!

How come when I am looking now for rent in JVC, I can't find anything below 80k AED?
Rent prices have increased unfortunately but I would say lowest is 70k around JVC
Its a nice flat and very informative video.
Thanks for being transparent in mentioning the prices and rates.
Glad you liked it🙏
Wow you got a crazy good deal for your rent in JVC. We moved in October and we struggled to find anything under 95,000 AED for a 2 bedroom.
Yeah pretty good! We also viewed another for 75K in one of the binghatti buildings but this was a year ago
Go and rant for year
Really appreciate this vid Mabel!!!❤
🙏🙏
Thats's a crazy deal given current rent prices, it won't even cover for a 1 bhk
I know 😩😩
Great video! Sorry if I missed it but does your building have any amenities like pool and gym? Thanks 🧡
Thanks for watching! Actually it doesn’t which is quite uncommon but I think it keeps the cost down so personally I don’t mind. ☺️
@@mabelgoulden872 thanks! Good to know. We are moving to Dubai from the UK in March so this is all super helpful!!
Oh wow what a fab deal! I need a place exactly for the same price 😫 asap
I know it’s difficult! Prices keep increasing!! 😭😭
Hey Mabel, love your videos! Do you have to pay a deposit for DEWA?

This was a really useful video!! Can I just ask is aircon/cooling additional as I've heard that can be a massive monthly cost at the moment?
No that’s included in the bills price 🫶
Hi can you make a video of how much you spend in a month for, maid, groceries, uber, phone bill.
