Great video!! Thanks for everything, i'm moving there around September and plan to go check places around august or so to get cheaper prices hhhh have fun you guys!
Hey, can you please share the full name of of the building and district the 1st apartment is in, it is not coming under the name "02 tower" anywhere. It will be of great help, thank you dear.
I think it’s bc a lot of people come and go in Dubai. The newer apartments are of course more modern but we were looking at older buildings I guess. We liked the Marina area better but now that I know more about the different areas, City Walk seems like a nice community!
@@vari1067 smth is wrong in your calc. Author didn't mention if it is per year or per month. Suppose this sum (AED 55,000 - 60,000) is per month. Then as per June 2023 exchange rate (roughly 3.7 dirham = 1 USD) 60,000 USD means 16,340 USD per month (recheck pls in Google: AED to USD). Per year it would be cheap, but per month it seems to be super expensive for those so-so apartments
@@jay78578 I don't have any particular agents that I can confidently recommend, unfortunately. JLT is definitely kids-friendly! A lot of mini parks/play areas and I see many kids and families out even late at night. I can't give you accurate info about JVC as I was only there for a few hours. I share a lot of info about renting in this video here: ua-cam.com/video/PeLtrTTyr5E/v-deo.html

The full name is O2 tower. O as in the alphabet O, NOT zero. It's in JVC
Strange how so many DXB apts come furnished - and kinda old, boring styles.
So you didn’t consider CityWalk?

hey this is an awesome video may i check where is the first apartment? thanks
Thank you! That one is the O2 Tower in JVC✨

You didn't say about how much rent
The rent is listed on the top left corner :)
Could you please clarify 55,000 - 60,000 AED is a rent per month?!
Per year! In Dubai rent is usually paid annually
Nice
16000 dirham for buying or renting for 1 year?
Hi, these are all to rent! But they are all 50,000 AED and up
@@suzukurimy bad 60,000 around 1300$ a month good thanks ❤

@@ojisan4220 it’s per year so yes it is cheap. But keep in mind it’s usually an upfront one time payment instead of monthly.
what was your preferred arear to live?
Out of these places and at this point in our lives, JLT! Perfect mix of hustle and bustle and nature/parks without feeling overcrowded.
What is the rent per annum?
@@jay78578 It really depends on the apartment but you can find a 1bedroom in JLT from around 60k AED and up
@@suzukuri would you recommend any agent? We are looking for 2 bedrooms and we have kids as well so do you think JVC or JLT for kids friendly

Hi, it’s the rental price for one year!

Yes yearly rent!
