Crazy one year later and the second apartment you showed from modera is listed for $4,000+…. A $500 increase over one year is nuts

Hello! If you don't mind me asking, what apartment were you staying at in Oakland? I'm in the military, and I will be moving to the Bay Area in July. I do not currently have a pet, but I would really love a dog, and I noticed you have a Doberman. I know a lot of apartments have Dobermans on the breed restriction list, so I'm just wondering how you got around that, if you feel comfortable sharing? Thank you in advance!

We adopted our dog when they didn't have restrictions, but Greystar took over the building when we were moving out, and I'm sure they now have restrictions. If you can register the dog as ESA, any apartment should allow you to have the dog. I hope this helps!:)
