I don’t think he speaks in monotone, he just has a very distinctive voice he uses on radio, we all use the same tone of voice most of time.. Throughout the years he displays plenty of emotional responses but they may be limited due to the fact people only mostly here or see him in the same sort of situations... I think rather than oblivious to how others see him, he is just not concerned, he’s happy with himself, so he simply doesn’t care...

He’s lived in England all his life and he is comfortable there, it’s familiar... and I doubt it’s severe, he just prefers talking to the people he already knows... He’s cognitive processing in areas may not be as well functioning as the average man, but as a man who has been secluded to the same area for most his life, with a poor education, I think these are the factors that influence the appearance of something abnormal in him...
Little things like the doctor make me think, I wonder if he ever passed his exam? and does he remember before his career began, talking to Karl? He'd have been a doctor for about 8 years or so by now. I guess maybe I just listen to these too much, ah well.
