A company such as HNK Solicitors will have an absolute field day with this. Substantial compensation will be paid. What makes me Laugh is the BBC, and the rest of the mainstream media would have covered it a lot more if he had gone to prison and everything else likely they did last time. It's an absolute joke.
Sadly in the United Kingdom, the process is the punishment rather than the verdict. He might be found innocent in court every single time but the police will just keep dragging him through the courts for the rest of his life.
If things had been different and the case went the other way, this would be everywhere in the MSM. This is why people are so fed up with the BBC, ITV, Channel 4.....all of it. Complete and total bias.
It's the old story of, MISTAKES HAVE BEEN MADE, LESSONS HAVE BEEN LEARNED etc, and we will do the same things down the line on the basis that if the defendant has no money to fight the case; WE WIN BY DEFAULT There's not much justice in the world.
How can a professional police force be so incompetent? This is not a case of the defendant escaping on a technicality. The officers completely botched this. Was this a case of "We are going to arrest him come what may and worry about the law later." or was it a case of simple straight forward incompetence? Neither is a good thing.
They are not incompetent, this was a deliberate malicious prosecution. They are following the orders of the establishment, although I expect next time they'll be a little cleverer (if they can) so they don't get humiliated so easily.

They did it to Julian Assange, Alex Jones and KT Hopkins.
Tommy Robinson and Donald Trump are currently under attack.
4 car loads of men with headscarves turned up outside the house where Tommy’s wife & kid live and flew military style drones over the property. Neighbours complaints to the police were ignored, the so called anti-terrorist police were also not interested.
Well he's a thug! Is this what the British aspire to be 😂
😂😂😂😂 oppress. The guy goes around telling lies, and gets called out for it.
What’s happened to him is far more than just being “called out”.
It was about using the process to cause hardship to Tommy. They restricted his movement for months and cost him time and money to defend himself.
A few years ago they had him deported from Mexico upon arrival for National Security reasons and then tried to provoke him at the airport. He was with his kids. They could have prevented him from leaving but chose to let him fly there and back .
The police had also lost/mislaid deleted the evidence from 20 officers cameras. This brings up other very worrying questions.
If that's true it shows how bad things have got.. If the police feel confident to do that in the case of someone with a high public profile, they will be doing this with any of us plebs...

The law in this area seems draconian. Refusing to leave a public area, a PUBLIC area, is a catch all law.
If you heard T.R talk about what happened. They never gave him an opportunity to leave. In his own words: _"I stepped out of the cafe and asked which way I should go. Then they were like *YOURE NICKED!* and arrested me"
Also any paperwork or documents stating that he wasnt allowed to be in the area either were either filled in completely wrong or simply didnt exist at the time of his arrest so the police pretty much tried to do the paper work AFTER they arrested him and they still fucked up the date and time on it.
