Did you even watch his documentary (Silenced) where he goes and interviews people involved with the situation he was taken to court for? It seems (if true, and which i have no idea on either way) that what he had claimed had taken place, and what both the media and the government appeared to jump on to use for their own political purposes was not as what was reported and what he has now been convicted for - Please watch the 'Silenced' documentary and comment on that, and in the context of what has happened to him, legally please - as it seems to make the law, media and government look very bad... so i think your opinion on that would be very interesting - i have no knowledge of this situation other than what i saw in the Tommys 'Silenced' documentary and in the news so i am not alleging anything as i have no knowledge of the situation either way... but it really does seem dodgy and that the courts can be used as a political weapon... I do not blindly support Tommy or agree with his views or what he says but I am concerned about the impartiality of the courts and media which is why I am asking you this... For example Tommys documentary claims that teachers and/or those involved with both pupils has to sign NDA's where they could not discuss (and maybe not give evidence in court?) in order to receive a payment...
Lol. You see this is what makes people like Tommy jokes, making some big issue out of some Syrian kid who just happened to be naughty in school, jeez get over it. This isn't going to win you supporters. Is it
@@Kev42501 He didn't as much go through the evidence as the judges skewed opinion of it. Much of the defendants evidence was dismissed out of hand as not credible. It is rare for eye witnesses to directly line up, especially over historic cases, normally some leeway is given. Here zero leeway is given, where two people see the same event but not in exactly the same way both were dismissed. This is an unusually harsh standard. It raises question whether the judge wanted to throw out evidence. Also the judge claims there was zero evidence of misbehaviour. In Silenced we see multiple documentary entries directly related to violent behaviour, including weapon carrying. The judge ignored this entirely in his ruling. Why?
Here's an example of the judiciary and the power of the establishment. Bit of a long one but a true story. My dad was a policeman in the Birmingham / West Midlands force. Retired in 84. In the mid 60's he was on nights patrolling in the city centre. He saw a high-end car pull up at one of only a few sets of traffic lights. The car stalled more than three times when the lights went to green. My dad tapped the drivers side window. The occupant (who was on his own) opened the window and the smell of alcohol was more than evident. My dad started to write down the details but was challenged by the driver with 'do you know who you're dealing with?'. My dad had a favourite expression, which he often used and said 'i don't care if you're the queen of sheba' The guy gave his name and added Q.C. to his name. A few days later my dads Chief inspector called him in and ripped up the paperwork and told him this wouldn't be going any further. I know the name of the Q.C. and why they were in Birmingham from out of town. Do we honestly think this sort of thing no longer happens?
I watched a group of police officers , out of uniform so after work drinks night so a group of 12 , leave a hotel bar area, in the twilight hours , and all get into cars , it was captured by an auditor , I'm not saying they were falling down drunk but they were definitely merry 😂😮
I was involved in an accident in a works van, because of the circumstances my boss told me to report it to the police. In doing so the police officer said they did not believe my version of events. The following day the police came to the works to see the damage to the van and asked to see me. I was charged there and then with driving without due care and attention and cautioned. When I told this to my boss he told me not to worry as he knew the local Chief Sup., his connections worked as I was not charged but the other vehicle owwner was. I leave it to you to guess the connection my boss and the Sup had.
As a 68 yr old pensioner I appreciate the fact that you've made this video and explained legal jargon to the masses, basically the judge found differing versions of events from the witnesses of the victims bullying were lying, that seems fair enough, but why would a council close the school, pay off the teachers to keep them quiet? Why did the media pick up on this story that went worldwide, for basically a playground incident, although if someone threatened to r.pe.my younger sisters I would have done the same, why did piers Morgan and Jeremy vine name bailey and give his name out to the world, what support did anyone give to him, if anyone doesn't know Tommy took him in and looked after him.Why is Tommy in belmarsh prison? ,probably in solitary confinement for his own safety, Stay safe Tommy
There were school records that proved the boy was a compulsive liar, and that he was a known bully and had beaten many girls, they claimed his arm had been broken when he was bullied but actually he was bullying a younger boy and an older boy pulled him off and threw him to the ground this judge actually had an argument and fell out with his father over Tommy before this judge got Tommy's case
Extremely unprofessional behaviour to give the names of minors; they should have lost their jobs. Journalists, or anyone, should not take it upon themselves to be judge and jury in this way.
What is the legal stance when a council make witnesses sign an NDA and make payments to all the witnesses that signed it? The witnesses were interviewed with a hidden camera and mic. All those interviewed was still cautious on what they said but all of them confirmed they were made to sign an NDA in receipt for money. Why would a council do such a thing to stop witnesses going to court?
Because the story became bigger than the facts. They took instruction from the home office and didn't want another Batley on their hands That farce cost a good school teacher to have to go into hiding for fear of his life and good school shut.
My thoughts? And where did this money to pay them come from? Taxes or a generous council donor? Very sad that the government or council can do this to their own people is amazing.
@@UKRO404 This. My mother is a teacher with similar stories of freshly imported students of different religious convictions, they would bully female students and female staff. They would then lie to their respective social workers claiming racism, social workers would come back pressure management and management would suspend my mum. It went as far as one of those physically threatening to punch my mother in front of the whole class, and guess who got suspended again. I had the director on the phone, I told her I was within my right to go report to the police on grounds of racial and religious threat, also told her I was also going to sort it out face to face with the culprits. I told her, today you have a new problem: me, and I don't care about your school's reputation, instead I care about my mother. The culprits were removed the following week and my mother was reinstated with full apologies. School director was also removed shortly after.
I was reading the same document this morning, after watching Silenced last night I couldn't believe what I was watching. Ultimately it would appear that many forces in the background were helping to hide the truth. Reminds me of the post office scandal.
Yes. We got to know T R personally and have a signed first book. Just back from the event in London. In his book T describes the rise in numbers and the day the Police were called... After that the school was divided and both camps kept separate. NO MORE PROBLEMS. Looton has 40 Mosques. T R also uncovered the Gangs as his cousin was effected poor girl.
I was once assaulted and tried to give a witness statement to the police.. However, I was not allowed to write this myself but only to tell a police officer what had happened and then have him write down my account. After the policeman kept re-interpreting what I told him I just gave up and let the policeman write what he wanted. It was not what happened, but I just gave up trying to get him to write down what I actually said. I can well imagine that if this had ever come to court, under cross examination my evidence would not have matched the submitted written statement.
@@MargaretYoung-r8n I guess you probably can. @martinwilkinson3959 might have had this experience before the days we all carried mega computers in our pockets. Genuine question- To bring a libel case to court costs a fortune. Mr Simon Web on his ‘History Debunked’ UA-cam channel, stated that this particular case has cost approximately £1.5 million. How can an 18 year old refugee afford this? I know very little about Mr Robinson or this particular case, but if Mr Webb is correct, it would appear that someone or some organisation was very keen to prosecute Mr Robinson.
Legal aid. I have direct experience with that. I had to attend court. Housing dispute. Solicitors told me I won't get legal aid this time as its all spent. Lawyer told me this. 50 million legal aid gone. I work pt and no savings. So I represented myself. Guess what I won 😎
Hope not hate funded it. They also set up a go fund me and put the solicitor as the beneficiary. The same one that sent a lunatic to TRs front door that had been threatening to kill his children.
I half watched it in Trafalgar Sq and tbh thought it quite dull 😅 (sorry Tommy) and not surprising at all.. the other patriots were more interesting, Iranians. Irish, fellow Terfs etc and their dogs, chairs and bicycles
I've been a juror on a murder trial where the witnesses were treated more sympathetically than this. Absolutely disgusting what can happen when the legal system is against you.
Crazy to me that the judge just decided that all the other kids who gave evidence that the boy in question had bullied and attacked them were lying. The defence of truth doesn't mean anything if the judge can just wave away any evidence or testimony you bring to support because he feels like it. Surely it's the job of a jury to find truth, not a judge.
Also now the video which I have seen proves the staff and teachers were paid to gag except they blabbed to Tommy on a secret camera and microphone, the girl sexually attacked spoke over the phone all said what a nasty kid he was. The truth is out there, courts embarrassed police face humiliation. The kid waked away with 100k hence the stop on the video which is still out there. Even the school closed down afterwards. 😊
No juries in civil cases, just judges. But if someone believes the judge has not followed the law, they can, and do, appeal. If the boy in question was a bully, it would be possible that he could intimidate witnesses, that's not unknown. If Tommy Robinson had engaged a good barrister to represent him, that person could have challenged the judge deciding to not accept some evidence.
If you get the wrong jury, they can also simply dismiss evidence. Tommy was never going to get a fair trial because the media have demonized him, even though they have defamed him, he would never get a fair hearing if he tried to sue them.
It fascinates me daily that people are focusing on Tommy Robinson's comtempt case instead of detailing and examining the organised abuse of girls and women in UK cities and the seemingly malfeasant inaction of police, social workers, local Councils etc. The distraction ploy is clearly working.
@stuartbates1526 you missed the point or didn't read what I wrote fully methinks. Perhaps i could have written it better. The emphasis was meant to be on the *contempt* issue and the media coverage of it - I'm quite a fan of brave TR (SYL).
It's because Tommy Robinson has nothing to do with those things. People are only talking about Robinson because of the result of his actions. He doesn't do anything positive.
@raphaelsainte-claire4861 OK when your daughter is groomed, prostituted and serially raped and the police, social services and councillors know for years on end but do nothing about it then I will consider your comment seriously. Until then... shame on you. Watch some of his films, then comment.

I watched half an hour. It was very persuasive but then that is what a documentary maker can do whether it's the BBC or TR. I think this is probably the wrong hill to die on though. And, I hope that is not literally what will happen. It is obviously ridiculous that this man should be sent to Belmarsh but is consistent with the wish to frame him as dangerous.
I am 100% aware that schools don NOT log all information on school incidents, in fact the exact opposite happens because I’ve seen this with my g/kids on several occasion. They often do not stir the pot when they think it’s in their interest!
@@Karlos.XX2024 😂 are you dumb. They are literally members of the school staff, and parents/children from the school. As a journalist, Lennon interviewed teachers and pupils who gave statements to him, teachers who had been paid substantial bribes by the local authority and signed NDAs according to their statements. The Judge denied these being allowed as evidence in Court. To be clear, the Judge denied the presentation of meaningful evidence. You know full well the lives of those speaking out against Muslims are at risk, just as is the case of the Batley Grammar teaching still in hiding, and just as is Bailey McLaren and his family is in hiding now. Understandably the teachers and pupils did not want to appear in Court and give themselves a potential death sentence and the fact that the Judge and Court were not prepared to take this into account made the result of case a foregone conclusion. If you addressed what Lennon has said about this and his documentary Silenced you wouldn't be wasting your breath - but of course you can't because the stitch-up doesn't allow you to. The Establishment made Lennon Public Enemy No 1 20 years ago and there is zero chance of it rowing back on that now, hence he's in BELMARSH - BELMARSH FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE - JIHADI CENTRAL! And for an offence no-one gets jailtime for. With all due respect, we all know we are suffering an Injustice System and explaining how it is manipulated is not worth your time. Meantime I'm praying Lennon survives now and when the trumped up Terrorism charge gives him more jail time, as it will, and I pray for poor Lucy Letby who is incarcerated for life as a result of nothing but unsafe judgments. Following the letter of the Law produces very bad results without overarching common sense and Denning's sense of Equity. Solomon asked God for wisdom - ALL Judges would be wise to pray for the same instead of power and riches and self aggrandisement. But be sure we will all be judged as we judge others.
Fool me once, shame on you Fool me twice, and it’s obvious that the education system, judicial system, and the govt have all colluded just to ruin my Tuesday
Here's a question for you!. Aren't the public entitled to a public inquiry into the alleged payments made by Kirklees Council to pay for the silence of everyone involved in the original case???
Tampering with witnesses under the Bribary Act 2010 is illegal. As is misappropriation of Public Funds. They should be investigated and stand Trial for both ( and likely a lot more by the sounds of it!)
Apparently the council paid about £250000 to buy the silence of school staff and then closed the school down to make it all go away. Pretty good use of council tax, I think not.
And the Muslim councillor that paid everyone off hasn't been charged with misconduct in a public office and jailed cos that's what they do when they get power corruption
Two points: why does the judge assume that the school records were meticulous and accurate? Why was the evidence of tampering with the school records not mentioned? Several of the staff were pursuaded to sign NDA's which is highly suspicious. It seems the judge was applying a very high standard of accuracy to the children testifying in Tommy's favour and giving all the benefit of the doubt to Hijazi. The whole thing seems highly suspicious.
@@Defender200tdi UNLESS the Judge thoroughly explored the allegation of NDAs *How could the Judge act on ALL the facts* ? @@Farweasel A judge can only act on evidence, and that evidence must stand up to scrutiny, besides there are many routes of appeal. Mr Lennon was free to explore these but chose not too. Kind of looks like his case was false.
Absolutely disgusting decision. The documentary is solid. Everyone should watch it. Cover up of massive proportions. Engineered from the top down. It all stinks.
Having been a pupil, and now a mother to a child who has gone through the school system, I can verify that schools do not always document incidents such as sending a child to see the headteacher, when they have acted contrary to acceptable behaviour, nor is it always documented when a child is made to sit out of class. I've known many instances where instances of bullying have not been documented. So the 'evidence' presented in court, ie school documentation, I would have taken with a pinch of salt. Children's accounts of an event will often alter, that's a fact, especially when there are multiple instances and they are recalling details spanning them all.
Without any specific reference to the case under discussion, my own experience myself and that of my children in school, the handling of bullying on and off school premises, record keeping, and a general reluctance to have to deal with bullying altogether is a problem in schools.
Yep, this is very true. The assertions made by the judge that a school, particularly one that was struggling and subsequently closed down, would hold quality accurate records of everything this controversial is not only naive, but looks very odd to me. Similarly why believe the claimant who has inaccuracies in his own recollections rather than the the other kids who also have inaccuracies in their recollections. Surely the middle ground would be, can't say for sure either way?
My son was bullied mercilessly at school. They actually got a can of deodorant and a lighter .....even though my son protested I went to the school to get something done about it. Nothing happened to the boys in fact one of them was rewarded by being given the title of head boy!! The schools don't do anything they actually reward the bad behaviour!! Oh and the reason my son was bullied .....because he has a respiratory disease and was constantly in hospital ....the school then wanted me to stop him from doing his exams because he had missed soo much school because it would affect their statistics on passes!! I refused, my son passed all of his exams, went onto do A levels and then university ....because I taught him at home!! Thank goodness I did because no doubt I would now have a daughter with what they are promoting in schools!!
I don’t know if you’ve seen Tommy’s documentary about this case but the whole thing stinks. Several teachers (including the headteacher) were made to sign NDA’s and given a nice chunk of money. He has several school staff including lunch supervisors who said they couldn’t formally speak to him but every single one of them said that this was purely political and the pupil in question was bad news…well, just a horrible human. They have report after report of him hitting girls, bringing a knife to school etc. In my mind, if you are hearing countless staff members want to reveal his true nature but have been paid off and gagged then I’m suspicious. All of the staff also commented on the boy who poured water on him and I’ve not heard so many good things said.
I have seen first hand how the courts are blatantly ignoring the law to impose the will of government the judiciary are definitely not independent, they are just another government agency

@@justblairthompson the judge dismissed a peer that stated under oath that he hit her with a hockey stick. This was a law student that knew full well the consequences of lying, didn't even like tommy or support him yet was still dismissed as lying while not charged with perjury. The judge also fell out with his father over the proceedings the night before the trial which is clearly a conflict of interests in the case.
What's shocking is that the judge took everything said as evidence of statements made to be false. No consideration whatsoever. Numerous testimonials on video camera, the word of a former peer, and numerous cases of documented bribery, all ignored, because it didn't meet the judges' agenda. Exactly, he was a lawyer, so he knows the law and when it gets broken, so how the heck is he getting away with what he is. It seems he is untouchable, but why and how?
If you watch the documentary, then one might consider that the evidence particularly from the school was manufactured in the wake of a moral panic. This same moral panic was why police in Britain didn't charge child rapists with crimes.
The more I watch the 'Courts and 'justice' in the UK the more I realise the dark reality: Our Legal system just does not even stand on it's own merits either, they seem to deal out judgement based upon what the powers that be desire, the judge's political leanings and if your rich or tick a certain quota box you get a pass. We have political guided justice.
@blackbeltbarrister we've all seen the documentary and it's almost without doubt or question that the boy in question was not how he had been portrayed in the media. The headteacher, other teachers and parents all stated that he was in fact a bully and the polar opposite of the media narrative. They also said they were paid thousands of pounds and made to sign an NDA with the school then being shut down. Please explain how his documentary based upon fact and first hand testimony can then be completely disregarded and his documentary shut down. Something nefarious and sinister is at play here. It's an absolute disgusting outrage. The evidence completely shows that the event's were nothing like the boy and Media had contrived it to be. Disgusted with our state and justice system here.
@JustAUsername-i5l i believe it was school staff that were asked to sign NDAs in return for payment. I doubt NDAs would be shown as they would likely be held by a solicitor (i'm guessing) or the council.
When I was being bullied in secondary school one of the bullies came up to me and said "I heard you been talking about me", I got ready to fight and said "Yeah, I called you a prick!" and he walked away. Had I shown fear he would have attacked me. But he saw I was ready, meaning there was a chance he would get injured... so he walked away. Not saying bravdo is a way to get out of a fight, but be ready. Make sure you're confident in your ability to defend yourself or at least ready to hurt your attaker. That alone might be anough. Most bullies are cowards, but not all of them. Sometimes you might have to fight. But if you talk to people with respect, are confident in your ability to defend yourself it will be extremely rare.
in my experience as a teacher, some schools with serious problems of violence do not record acts of violence as a matter of policy. The reason is that the school can only be sued for negligence, if it can be proved that the student accused of violence had been violent on a previous occasion. That is very difficult for a teacher to do, if there are no records of previous violence by the student in the records available to the teacher. It is even harder for someone outside the school, such as a parent of a victim of violence. It is not enough to show that the school has been routinely negligent in its reaction to violent incidents involving other students. You have to prove that the particular student had been violent. Being present at a PE lesson does not mean that a student took part in the physical activity. Most schools expect PE teachers to record who is present and not who is active. Ill or injured students will typically sit the lesson out. It looks like Robinson was either poorly served by his lawyers or chose not to involve lawyers before rushing out his videos.
As a former TA in Secondary Education and a Lecturer in FE, i can confirm this to be true, you can't have a bullying problem if there is no evidence to support it !
Bigger question hear is Tommy did a 2 hour documentary on this, lol some school kid who just happened to be a dixxckhead, lol get over it. It just makes him look like a twerp, really
My son was bullied mercilessly at school all because he was sick and constantly in hospital .....when the thugs got a can of deodorant and a lighter I drew the line despite the protests from my son through fear of making it worse. The school did nothing, they actually made one of the boys involved Head Boy rewarding his behaviour!! I was then told by the school they would be withdrawing my son from his exams because he had missed so much school ....I refused!! I contacted his consultant who read them the riot act ....my son passed every exam, went on to do A levels and then a prestigious university!! They were actually trying to punish my son for being bullied and were more worried about the school' s pass mark statistics than the safety of my son!!
@@kirks7143 I'm sorry to hear of your son's experience. Unfortunately many or most Headteachers are more interested in their own careers than in pupils' safety.
More to the point, after all the expense of the NDAs and redundancy payments when it was closed, why was it then reopened under a different name? You can see the new name on street view. Ive seen £470,000 quoted for the cost of the closure, then to reopen there was all the advertising jobs and interviewing people for all the staff so the total probably runs over half a million, and all because of a school boy fight? Has any other school been closed because of a fight between two pupils?
Speaking from experience, schools today seem willing to overlook and hide incidents repeatedly that would put that school in a bad light. A school that one of my kids went to had a real trouble maker there, assaulting other kids, swearing and shouting at teachers, running out of school, not showing up for school, damaging other pupils belongings, damaging school property and on and on. This school had a 3 strike system, yet he was NEVER expelled or excluded. Finally it took several parents, including myself, to approach the school board ourselves and demand that something be done. After several weeks of back and forth it was discovered that even though this child had behaved so badly, countless times, barely any of it had been recorded, so the school wouldn't look like it had just stood by and done nothing while this child ran riot through the school. However, after several parents threatened to remove their kids from the school and send them elsewhere, they relented and the kid was excluded.

WHY is Tommy is Belmarsh prison, could someone please explain because… “The difference between civil law and criminal law turns on the difference between two different objects which law seeks to pursue - redress or punishment.” In other words, criminal law seeks to punish for an offence. Civil law seeks to achieve a remedy (for example, compensation) for the injured party.”
What about the media and political storm, and the defamatory lies told about Bailey, the English lad. Forced to move out of his home, and driven to attempt suicide?
Believe me, it's not the first time. I know (because of where I used to work) of a few high profile cases where MSM tell the public one thing, when it's nothing like what the truth really is. The public are always being duped but some are too stupid to realise.
People of the chosen tribe, like TR, are not very much concerned with the truth. TR for example doesn't really like to talk about how he is in favour of mass immigration to the UK. he certainly doesn't like to talk about how he changed the EDL to the EJDL about 5 days after setting it up. Neither do the media. Funny that.
Was it George Orwell that said that? I had to Google it! George Orwell said the farther a society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those who speak it and that in times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act.
Being an ex teacher who taught for 30 years, I can tell you now that records on who attended detention were far and few between, and records on bullying were very inconsistent - particularly if there was a political agenda.
It is because the Kirk Lees Council and the leaders relatives saw an opportunity to make political profit from this by silencing the teachers, removing evidence from the school and hijacking the narrative with lies, allegedly

@@EnglishmanB3 Your one liner has no merit. The head teacher and other members of staff have confirmed TR was right about the cover up,, on film from their own mouths. As the payments to silence them confirm..
This is really useful, thanks! With my own kids going through primary and now secondary, I'm surprised anyone can make any statement about anything that happens in a school. Almost any young child will give inconsistent accounts of something that happened if you repeatedly ask them. Even adults need the assistance of solicitors to get their story straight. One slip and you become an unreliable witness. This is also why you have skilled psychologists interviewing children in abuse cases. You wouldn't in that situation ask something twice and then immediately dismiss the victim if something didn't line up. Also, school records are appalling. I've had three conflicting stories about what happened to my child, two verbally, then something completely different on the pink slip. Also, most people will avoid complaining about anything to a school until things get really bad. The children will insist you don't because they're scared of repercussions. Some children don't want teachers cross-examining them about incidents because they know full well the teachers will do it in a public place. At my child's school they particularly bad about this. Some haul kids out of classes for a chat. This creates a climate of fear for the child, and I've had mine beg me not to raise things with the school.
You are absolutely spot on. I have a daughter that was bullied and the school did practically nothing about it in fact they were angry with me for trying to support my child through to and get to the bottom of things
100% this. Being part of the Home Ed community I came across so many stories of bullied kids whose parents finally had to remove them from school entirely. It's so much easier to 'punish' the victim and not record incidents and omg never, ever involve the police. Nothing must make the school look bad.
I dont for one minute think the judge was acting within his own mind, It is perfectly possible the powers that be (at the time) will have had words with the judge telling him what he could and couldn't do, in effect narrowing his powers. This was a very high profile case and the judge should have been interested in getting to the truth, there are questions that this judge could be asked regarding why he failed to subpoena people involved in this case, I believe the defence could have also gone down this route. I wish I was in court, I have been in the public gallery of the crown court when I was a student on many occasions when judges have sent the jury out and stopped them hearing evidence that IMO would have vindicated the defendant, I would love to know if this judge refused any evidence from going on record.
Lets be completely honest here. We're all fed up with the "law", since Convid, and we no longer want to comply with a minority of rich toffs deciding what's right or wrong, and how our money is spent on things that benefit elites and wealthy influential people rather than the hard working people of this country. Remove the wig and the person judging is no better or superior to any of us. We no longer desire to comply, so why should we?
@@Music-oi2nf the law isn't what stops most people doing the things you mention, its simply common sense. in fact, as our society expands its legal book the rate of crime increases. the fabric of a society depends on its ethnic homogeneity, not a rule book
It's incredible isnt it how we're told that prisons are overcrowded hence why some prisoners are being released (make of that what you will) but isn’t it miraculous that we always seem to have room for people who use hurty words.
I called my local school to report students vandalising houses on my street. I knew I had the corerct school, because they were wearing the blazers. They told me they couldn't do anything because it was not in the school grounds and advised me to call the police. The judge seems to have a lot of faith in schools doing their job and logging data correctly.
Schools don't diligently record every event that takes place outside the school gates, sometimes they don't give a shit. What a wild assumption by the Judge.
That's one view, another would be, that he, like teachers, Doctors and many other professionals who need employment to pay their bills... must toe the party line...! The reality of real life is the experience is found only in the shadows and dark places to remain 'employed', hence whispered only against gagging contracts or orders! those who tell the real truth out loud... are sacked, just ask the Nurses, GP's, Teachers all the whistle-blowers or any state employee who never worked again will tell you! why is this the case? all examples from the Government and law itself, including the police, you must understand, that none are on your side!
I've watched the Silenced documentary, I'm not saying the ruling was right. I'm just commenting on the insights of law and explanation of proceedings that Black Belt Barrister has given. To me it's informative
Repeating what the judge said isn't necessarily unbiased and objective - everything has to be demonstrated and qualified in a court of law and the judge's statement left a lot of unanswered questions and generally seems spurious to my mind. Another 'unsafe' conviction of Stephen Yaxley-Lennon as far as I can see.
This video proves the case of needing medical records and reporting complaints to get documentary evidence. Here's HOW: My children went to a school where bullying, over several months, including a final incident of sexual assault occurred AGED 5, was not dealt with properly. Every time there was an incident I took my children to the GP to be examined and questioned, including the sexual assault. Since the GP questioned my children, it went on record and I the parent was protected, and the bruises and grazes and treatment were recorded. We went through the informal (talking to the teacher) then formal complaints procedure with the school (writing a letter quoting the school's own playground policy and how it's not being followed, and insisting on using email to communicate), with no improvement in dealing with the bullying, despite two meetings with the head teacher and school nurse. After the sexual assault we withdrew our children from the school and sent a withdrawal letter explaining failure to observe, record and report playground incidents by the school and copied it to the LEA, (and eventually my children attended a better school where bullying was dealt with properly and so did not escalate). The head teacher reported us, the parents, to children's services because the head teacher did not believe us and concluded that any evidence of bruising etc must have occurred at home. She also recommended one of my children, aged 5, be detained in a residential mental institution for 'making up stories to get my attention'. Children's' services then phoned me and asked permission to access my children's medical records, I happily complied, and also sent them various email chains and letters, with my responses to the unsatisfactory replies, of me raising concerns with the schools' playground policy not being enforced. After reading the DOCTOR'S RECORDS, the result was a full OFSTED inspection of the school, a parent survey by OFSTED specific to bullying, where lack of playground observation and reporting and notifying parents of incidents resulted in a warning against the head teacher. 3 weeks later children's services phoned to say they were satisfied that we were not bad parents and happy that the children were now settling in well at a new school and informed me that they had given the head teacher 'a warning shot across the bow'. They explained that mine was the only serious case, would be kept on record, and that if there were further incidents then further action would be taken. 3 years later the old school head teacher was sacked by a vote of no confidence (not before her accusing all her governors of incompetence and failing to prove her case). So my advice is document everything and get the school staff to communicate by email so you have a record and get medical examination and questioning of anything medical. And keep copies that you are entitled to under the freedom of information act. Judges and children's' services just love the paperwork as it's stronger evidence than very young children (and incompetent or biased staff) trying to remember incidents after an event. So sad that this is the state of many UK schools. My other advice is that if the school does not deal with the incidents, despite you talking informally then writing formally to them, get your children out and take them to a school that treats kids better as a complaints procedure involving the governors can take years and that's too long in a child's life as they only get an education once. There are good schools too, you might just have to home school while you are on the waiting list. The more parents stand up to bullying and act like I've describes, the sooner schools will improve and bullying no longer tolerated.
If you complain about things happening on the watch of people with responsible jobs, they are not just going to circle the wagons, they will go on the offensive. A fractured arm suggests there was something beyond a normal kids scrap
@@seancidy6008 The head teacher's response was to blame everyone else but themselves. They blamed the children, the parents and the governors. But the head teacher was the one in charge of the school. It was WRITTEN EVIDENCE that proved the truth, not verbal accounts some time after the event. So the trick is to collate written evidence in case you end up needing it. And to get OTHER PROFESSIONALS like the school nurse and family doctor on your side, adds credibility to those accounts.
@@ExmoorPonyTough getting a school nurse on your side. My experience and from what I have heard is people in subordinate positions won't go feel obliged to tell the truth if it means going against their boss in any kind of hierarchy. The thing would not be injuries but that you had reported them, which would be unlikely in the case of someone who had inflicted them. But your kid has to say what is happening, they often don't. And bullying can be subtle. But I am glad you brought these characters to book.
@@seancidy6008 The school nurse is not subordinate to the head teacher, they are not a direct employee of the school but an employee of the NHS. I had a meeting with the head teacher. I was kept waiting for twenty minutes. It turned out that the head teacher had called the nurse in and tried to dictate to the nurse what she could and could not say. When our meeting commenced, the head teacher started by speaking for the nurse and not let the nurse speak. I waited for the head teacher to finish. then I ignored the head teacher, turned to the nurse and asked what was her MEDICAL opinion and that I wanted that opinion written down and signed by her. The nurse immediately said the opposite of what the head teacher said. The nurse's medical opinion trumps the head teacher who's role is education, not medical. If you can get the nurse on your side in a school, the head teacher is not QUALIFIED to contradict the nurse in a professional capacity. It's a different skill and training. Our nurse was brilliant in getting to MEDICAL FACTS vs head teacher's 'opinions'. You can also request to see a school nurse, or GP surgery nurse, without any school staff present as medical information is PRIVATE and the head teacher does not have PERMISSION to your child's MEDICAL RECORDS without the parent's consent. So that's why the head teacher underestimated me, we sought help from medical staff who are HER superior in cases of physical assault like bullying.
With respect, no matter how much you sugar coat it, justice is not being applied equally here! A certain Welsh bbc broadcaster walks free, having committed a far more serious crime! 2 violent thugs attack several police officers at manchester airport, no charges! Tommy makes a documentary quoting the head master and other witnesses at the school, no jury, the judge decides the witnesses were lying, almost 2 years prison. Man shouts at police dog, gets prison. Notice the clear disparity? 😮😳
Wasn’t the documentary after the legal case? As yesterday’s court decision stated, there was an injunction ordering Tommy Robinson not to repeat the allegations (which the court had determined to be false, based on its assessment of the evidence that could be provided) but Tommy Robinson repeated them anyway, several times, in the full knowledge of what would happen.
@@RAiDeRTuRbO2 That point was clear. I was just saying that the original poster’s time line was off. Incident, allegations from Tommy Robinson, court case with Tommy’s hands tied behind his back in various ways, verdict with fine and standard injunctions, contempt of court for breaching the injunction. (The legal system relies on its injunctions being obeyed or else the world will collapse, hence the custodial sentence.)
It doesn’t really matter what the law says. We see so many cases where judges and magistrates have just ignored the law, ignored the evidence, ignored the guidelines, and based their sentencing on their own personal politics, bias, hatred, bigotry.
That was really interesting, however, I understand most of it, I don’t understand is why all the main stream media didn’t get the same treatment that was afforded to Tommy ? Thank you

Thank you very much for this. I once gave evidence that could have been used in court. At the suggestion of the police, my statement to them was written down by a policeman, longhand, and handed to me to sign. I read it through carefully. Thank God. A highly significant aspect had been subtly changed from what I had said, which turned a random accident into an incident caused by me. The change in wording could only have been intentional. I challenged the officer, who laughed off his sleight of hand. I struck out the lie, inserted the truth. I wonder about how first witness statements are gathered. Might a schoolchild not be so bold as I was, to strike-out and correct? How might their original evidence be elicited? Having seen my statement manipulated ahead of a possible challenge in court, I am wary.
@@tumbletoes909 I also gave evidence that could have been used in court and had cctv to back it up. Unfortunately I was told no cctv footage was available. The location..... Heathrow airport 2014 . Really ?
I also gave a statement which was written down by a police officer and became ‘changed’. I don’t believe there was any ill intent in my case, as it didn’t affect the case in any way - I think it just that the officer thought he was being clever - and he wasn’t. My understanding is that the injunction is still valid and therefore it would not be a case of being tried for the same thing twice, but dealt with as a new offense. (I may be wrong but that was my take-away from a previous bbb video.)
Whether or not what he said is true or not, the court found against him. He was told not to do something by the court, and he ignored it. He’s in jail not because he told the truth or whatever, he’s in jail because he went against a court order, knowing the consequences. @@greatscott369 again the problem is the court decision against him. Whether or not it’s fair or true or whatever, it was found against him. You can say it was a sham or a fit up but it happened. I know nothing about this case bar the fact he was found against. At that point no one cares you’ve no come back. His choice was to shut up and put up, or do what he did, knowing he’d go to jail. He chose the second one. The MSM use the court convictions against him to say what they say.
And yet "no one is above the law" apparently. Yeah righto..

The defence of truth doesn't mean anything if the judge can just wave away any evidence or testimony you bring to support because he feels like it.

Oh and the reason my son was bullied .....because he has a respiratory disease and was constantly in hospital ....the school then wanted me to stop him from doing his exams because he had missed soo much school because it would affect their statistics on passes!!
I refused, my son passed all of his exams, went onto do A levels and then university ....because I taught him at home!!
Thank goodness I did because no doubt I would now have a daughter with what they are promoting in schools!!

In my mind, if you are hearing countless staff members want to reveal his true nature but have been paid off and gagged then I’m suspicious.

Has any other school been closed because of a fight between two pupils?
@@DavidGirlingExactly.

Very interesting as usual. Thanks for your unbiased and informed input. Great!
The judge should have called the dismissed Head teacher and the replacement to establish if the records had been tampered with.

@@stevenrix7024 Seems like you missed the point by a few parsecs...

Can you name one and explain?
Exactly that.

He got contempt for making the video outside of court but only after they carefully changed the wording of the law as it was written to make him guilty. ie they hate Tommy and will go so far as moving the goal posts to persecute him.

If only the BBB had been around during Soviet times, he would have been useful to that regime in explaining the legitimacy and legality of their show trials. I'm sure Solzhenitsyn would have appreciated knowing how the USSR was just following the law.

Again it is also alleged that teachers were made to sign NDAs which is why reports disappeared
It’s not alleged, the judge wouldn’t allow it to be submitted to evidence because it would blow their whole case apart.

To understand the Jamal vs Tommy case everyone should really watch his Documentary. The deceit and lies from various parties is quite astonishing. Did he get a fair trial? Documents can be written when needed , The real question is did the council pay people off ,if so the case the docs are false.
Love the Black Belt Barrister. One of the few platforms with common sense!
When is corruption not corruption, if people are paid to stay silent as in the case that Tommy Robinson has stated is that not corruption and should have been investigated as corruption is a criminal offence, so in which case the trial of Tommy Robinson should never have been tried until the police had investigated these allegations

He reworded several of my statements so that they no longer made sense. There was no negative consequence - but I am reasonably articulate and was annoyed at having my statement essentially rewritten by someone who was somewhat less gifted in the literary department.
@@robmanabouttown3298 The refusal to refer to CCT footage is another whole can of worms. I know of a case of theft of a bicycle from Parliament, right under the cameras at Portcullis House. Once Tommy is free - can he freely discuss this and show the film? Presumably he can't be tried for the same thing twice? If so, the authorities have shot their bolt and cannot silence him about this once he's out again?
My understanding is that the injunction is still valid and therefore it would not be a case of being tried for the same thing twice, but dealt with as a new offense. (I may be wrong but that was my take-away from a previous bbb video.)
I have lost all respect for the law and those who practise it seem to be marking their own homework. This is so disingenuous.

@@johnkeilloh2682OK, but that's not what the media are saying. They are accusing him of what the film accused them of.
After all he’s the one that judges found against.

Comparing and contrasting documented, corroborated evidence to hearsay and uncorroborated evidence was crucial to understanding the outcome.
