Great video! The deli in the winery has a nice to go lunch selection during the pandemic. We purchased pomegranate jams too and they were delicious. The gift shop has a rock/mineral kit available for purchase and it was fun to use the sifters at the water mill to see what cool treasures were in our kit. Fun activity to do with the littles. The ice cream shop is super cute and has a nice selection on of ice cream flavors. We picked up a few pies that were amazing. The pies are made with local fruit harvested nearby. What a treat! So many peacocks walking around when we were there.
That's awesome. Are you from this area? I'm asking since this is a somewhat tourist spot. Anyway, thanks for watching. Yeah, Casa de Fruta is definitely a gem.
My fiance went there yesterday on her way back home and bought some Orange zesty cashews. They taste like froot loops. We are trying them right now with silk almond milk and its so good.
All the water features were a nice touch as well as the watermill or water mill. That was cool to see yet in great working condition. Plus the outdoor patio propane pyramid heaters made the outdoor seating areas feel/look more comfortable. All the old tractors lined up, the train tracks and the older video footage of the peacocks were awesome! Great area to sightsee and get some sweet treats. Thanks for sharing again!
@@zfloflo Nice 😃 Rarely, I hear peacocks at night where I live in Hollister. It's far from Casa de Fruta. At the moment, I'm hearing baby barn owls every night nesting on top of a tall palm tree 😀
Lol I used to work there so long ago, as did both of my sisters. They had a buffalo there a long time ago. One time when I was working there, one of my coworkers backed into a white peacock and killed it. Pretty sure they were fired. Fun times.

You welcome.
Today was a very busy day down there... 1 hour wait to get lunch. Bruh.
Oh, wow. I worked today in San Jose. When I came back, US 101 northbound was all traffic around 7:30 PM. Did you see any peacocks?
Yes, indeed. The dad, mom, and the chick! The chick was so cute. That was just awesome.
