@DefinitelyNotDan Ha ha, thanks for your comment. The price point for this family home, a unique architectural delight within commuting distance of London, is just £1.45m. Of course, you could instead buy a two bedroom apartment with a small balcony in central London but we think this is just a little bit more interesting :-)

You need to be young and in good shape to live there. A lot of stairs to climb in a day.
Or, if you buy it when you're in bad shape, it will get you in shape after a month of living there (although there is a lift too so don't forget about that!).

Ok, didn't know there was a lift. I'm saying that because I lived in a 13th century house with no lift and 3 floors.....and of course hard stone stairs....well, it doesn't get you in shape as much as it drains you...specially when you have your arms full of groceries.

There is a lift! Thanks for watching. It would definitely keep the owner fit if they used the stairs every day. Much better than going to the gym in our opinion. Plus the views at the top are wonderful.
