The issue is typically NOT the sale price of the property, but the UPKEEP & maintenance, along with the taxes, etc. That’s where your money goes long term.

We have a castle, legit, that their property backs up into my parent's property. It is absolutely mind-blowing. Mote, 3 lakes, gated but easy to see from the road. Especially in the winter. The lady who owns it is an online makeup billionaire. My mom is friendly with the husband and wife. No kids either. Look it up. Harvard, Illinois, castle on Lincoln Road. There's another castle on the intersection of Route 23 and Route 14 in Harvard. You drive onto route 23 off of 14 and you'll see it on the left. I used to play with the kids back in the day before the castle on Lincoln Road was built. They had a gorgeous Swiss Chalet and it was magical ✨️
How do you make a video about "castles you can buy now for a bargain" and then list a castle that is "for sale".....which I couldnt find online.....and say "for an undisclosed sum".....while showing pictures of it fully furnished? A bit misleading and lazy.
Scared of being so comfortable watching somebody Architectural name used Renaissance Minah Simone. I hope they are not connected or raped by terrorists women and men. Gasti’s.
You don’t seem to understand the meaning of an Undisclosed property. It is not LISTED publicly for sale. It means if the right buyer comes along with the means to purchase the opportunity is there, but they are not going out of their way to sell it.
Great video. My favourite castle is Villa Beatrix. All the castles are magnificent! The price tags! All I can say is that we can always dream! Thanks so much for posting. ❤️👍🏽
hi Kyle good to see a nother video the homes are real nice and beautiful hope you guys are safe out there 🙏🙏🙏 when you make videos it is good to hear about the story of the homes ❤️ you guys thanks for sharing
Like the last four. The Minnesota one has a really great charm to it and it's awesome they gave great attention to restoring it. Always great videos. Keep Orange Crushing It!
@@kylemcgran there is also a movie out about it as well called Ruby Ridge (1996) i woudl really like you to shine alot of light on it and talk about what happen how it went out and fill in as many blanks as possable
It’s cheap because price is correlated to the Location…..if a large estate is in a isolated location far from infrastructure and this to do, it can be worth literally $100 bucks, though maintaining the property would be at a high cost
Just as FYI, most of these are Palaces, not Castles. Palaces are basically large luxury homes and Castles have fortifications like defensive towers, etc.
Did anybody check the audio on this? The second one has "dozens" of Living Rooms? really? At least 24 Living Rooms? I don't think so. And what is a pudding green? It is pronounced putting green. And I'm only up to the second house. And what is with "flipping" the photos. To show the living room in one picture, then go away to another photo, then come back to the living room but with the picture reversed is not a good video policy.
How nicely you spoke about my renaissance architectural work in all these properties that I forgot 80’s and 90’s. Quite a scary zone to be in. Congratulations Minah Simone. 🧠🌏🚩
It’s hard to take any real estate agent seriously when the photo quality is so poor on the properties that they’re trying to sell. It’s like they took the pictures with 1999 technology. And another thing, why does anybody put a video on UA-cam that is less than 4K? It just looks terrible on a large TV.
You need to have what your saying go with the pictures your showing. Talking about the beauty of the master sweet while showing pictures of the landscaping is just being lazy with the editing.
No, it wouldn’t. One of these castles, for example, cost over 10 million to build and sold for under a million. It would likely cost 20 million to build it today.
The Properties are absolutely stunning but the narrative is horrible, it's clear he has no experience and is reading off a script or monologue. When dealing with the Renaissance you need a specific voice sorry but that guy couldn't sell ice to an Eskimo.
Whoever the guy is that's talking, I STRONGLY SUGGEST to replace him because the sound of his voice is really boring. He doesn't let viewers feel exhilarated, eager to watch, awake and wanting more. He sounds like the boring history teacher that just passes on so the class will be over with. Someone needs to take over represent this video with passion GIVING IT LIFE.
The issue is typically NOT the sale price of the property, but the UPKEEP & maintenance, along with the taxes, etc. That’s where your money goes long term.
For sure! Remember the landscaping and cleaning too

@robinphillips3762 yes. Thanks for correcting me. Dumb mistake on my part. Merry Christmas and happy holidays to you 🎄🎅☃️😊
The Scottish Castle is awesome. I know my Stuart ancestors would be pleased if it came into my hands.
you just forget about my Scottish castle ok 😠
My Stuart ancestry would be happier if I got it but we could share!!!!😂😂❤❤❤
I am totally in love with that second one in France !!!

Exactly. That's why thumbs down. Thirsty for views

Probably because the bargain is down from $120mil to $20mil. A bargain for a certain type of bargain hunter most definitely.

But what are the taxes per year? 0:00
I enjoyed watching this video about Castles💯💯❤️❤️❤️
Marcus for me. Simply stunning
What are the taxes per year and where is it??
3 million for that castle in Scotland is an absolute deal
I'm still waiting for you to do a storey on Ruby Ridge.
I could do that for sure!

Story
Historic buildings should be preserved and not neglected.
I think it would be amazing to live in one, but the upkeep would be an expensive nightmare.
Property tax’s are the killer
It would be neat to have your very own siege castle.
It’s cheap because price is correlated to the Location…..if a large estate is in a isolated location far from infrastructure and this to do, it can be worth literally $100 bucks, though maintaining the property would be at a high cost
Nice video. Very informative Kyle !!

Omg amazing 🤩
Awesome video
it is Sothhabees and Breckinn Castle and Dalhousie
Definitely Castle Eden for a Bridgerton

Some of the castles were not as much as I expected but and I mean but when one says undisclosed amount isn't a bargain
do these placws come furnished
I think the French one is the best
Links to the Real Estate listings?
Yea. How worry how to maintain it. The upkeep is high.
Massive maintenance
Why when is it that when a room is being described there’s no picture of it?
5 million is a Bargain? I need a new career!
I need 5million
Were is the Castle in Michigan located?
Show me where you find these. I want to buy.
what is the catch property tax or upkeep cost ?
Both, lol
Along with the price to buy
Kyle what did you say the price of the first house was?
I think he said 2.2M
Make one Log Cabin
Where is the one shown on the main photo for 83,999
For Sale? Are they turnkey? Would hate to even think about furnishing one of those places.
And the picture perfect chateau in France
what is price of Arkansas house?
Hark! When I lay claim to a castle, I'll be tossin' this list aside, for these castles ain't hittin' proper. Nay, they lacketh the vibe I seeketh.
Thank you 🎉😂

The first one why has it drop so mutch in price ?
How can a CASTLE nestle on 60 acres! ?
You calling me a Princess 👸…….. I’m a 58 year old man … 😂
Did anyone else notice that a lot of the photos are mirrored and shown again?
Could the putting green double as the doggies grass to shit on
taxes
Didn’t hear the prices
No la vendería y no eh visto el vídeo?
why no prices????

It would be cheaper to build your own modern small castle
No, it wouldn’t. One of these castles, for example, cost over 10 million to build and sold for under a million. It would likely cost 20 million to build it today.
Scary gost included in the price....
A bargain, if you have 2-3M at hand.
Wow
"SOTH A BEES"? Sotheby's is pronounced: suh - thuh - bees
Brechin, pronounced breekin
Huge tax and ghosts😅

So many undisclosed sums does not equate to bargains. Be more forthright if you want subscribers.
# 9999 X 9999 X 9.🎉
It's pronounced Ar Kansas not Arkansaw
It is pronounced "R can saw."
Property taxes?
Where in Michigan is the castle?
