Nice to see harnesses, work restraints and fall arrests in use.....keep up the good work though. 😅 in all seriously, take care when working at height, only take one slip or trip and you're in a chair for the rest of your life 👍
Edge protection? Poor safety standards should have had a temporary handrail or weighted man safe system. Working at height was not managed in any manner.
Got to agree. Spent many years working with mast riggers who take fall arrest safety seriously. Doesn't matter if it's 3m for 400m up, it's the last few cm that kills you.

Plantar fasciitis is an inflammation of the fibrous tissue (plantar fascia) along the bottom of your foot that connects your heel bone to your toes. Plantar fasciitis can cause intense heel pain. Plantar fasciitis (PLAN-tur fas-e-I-tis) is one of the most common causes of heel pain. (You did not quite announce what was wrong, but I got the gist of it -- and looked it up. This is what I found. Hi guys great content as normal, just one thing about the site set up for this piece of work, you have no edge protection on the roof to stop you falling off and your ladder isn’t 1m above the roof edge so you can safely step off and the ladder needs securing. Falls from height is still the biggest killer today on site. Be careful boys
