1884-CC Morgan Comes Back From PCGS

I picked up this Carson City minted 1884-CC Morgan Dollar from a local Pawn Shop and sent it out to PCGS to get graded. I was super excited when it came back graded uncirculated!

Please explain. I found myself disagreeing with more PCGS grades than NGC. I may be “amateur” but I’ve been shocked by PCGS. Even after using and viewing some of their ‘training’ videos. I Just Don’t get it. Almost like their scale is like blindfolded pin the tail on the donkey. Maybe, blindfolded darts?lol
