The sound quality brings out that clicking noise.
I basically rewatched the entire movie with your clips 😆
The quality is incredible, outstanding work, it looks perfect
Cant get this damn song out of my head after the final trailer.
Amazing that they used this song for the trailer of Alien Romulus.
My favorite scene in the film
Alien 1979 upscaled to 4K from the Blu-ray version, with no DNR used. Edited and color graded in HDR and Dolby Vision. Although UA-cam currently doesn't support Dolby Vision, the video is HDR compatible. If UA-cam ever supports Dolby Vision in the future, this video should play in Dolby Vision as intended.
- Watch in HDR for best results! Watching this in SDR may produce colour inaccuracies due to the way UA-cam converts HDR to SDR.

The Alien (Big Chap) is the Ripley's lucky star ❤
What's that constant clicking noise in the background?
Probably 1 of the machinery
Ripley is very cute here.
Ripley is simultaneously a badass bitch and also adorable at the same time lmao
Thanks Disney.
Anyone know what they used for the Alien’s squeal at 1:56? No way that’s a regular animal. They had to have mixed it with something.
The Xenomorph (What the Alien Species are called in the series and universe) sounds vary from film to film and game to game. But generally are consistent in that people will and know they're hearing a Xenomorph if they've seen or played any of the Aliens and Predator material. Lots of modern Xenomorph noises are done through editing of the original SFX from the first 3 films specifically "Alien" and its much loved critically acclaimed cult classic "Aliens". While others take inspiration from the man below named Percy Edwards and use a variety of animal noises and inspired animal noises both naturally recorded and artificially made.
The most iconic sounds of the Xenomorph that being their screams, screeches, hisses, and squeals were made by a talented sound impersonator specifically animals by Percy Edwards, a famous animal impersonator. He would be be responsible for most of the Facehugger sounds.
The noises you hear at the time stamp you put in was made to sound like a pig squeal in severe distress which is fitting for this scene as Ripley is dousing it with hot steam I think hurting it. This is noticeable if you listen and pay attention you can hear the pig noises but obviously edited to sound sorta off, distressing, and distorted.
@@Nekavandre A pig squeal ? Now that you’ve mentioned it, I can hear it. Thank you.
Yeah, almost certainly just a pig squeal sped up
They should give you a job
Great epic scene
