I sorry but I think that this movie was weak and it just didn't make any sense to me, why in god's green earth could the crew of this horrible movie made any sense what so ever !!! The captain who shall remain stupid took this ship and crew to their horrible Fate instead of going forward on their mission captain idiot takes the whole crew to an absolute uncharted planet were no one knows what is waiting for them , now these alleged geniuses scrap their original plans for a plant that no one knows of and because they are so smart they do away with all protocols and head blindly into a unknown world that they know absolutely nothing about, with all of the people that have been trained and ready for their original destination just to follow a rogue transmission and throw all common sense right out the window and go down to this uncharted territory thinking that it will be a more suitable for their colony, but what happened??? These smart individual's don't take the proper precautions and instead follow captain idiot and his pathetic ideas that they will be able to set up camp and go about like everything is alright , wrong !!! We have our first infection by tiny spurs that generate a huge catastrophic events that unfold right before our very eyes , the crew members start getting infected one by one , and the man of the hour just keeps his team moving forward with absolutely no idea of what awaits them , now by this time we have at least two people who are either infected or about to be infected with no chance of surviving this incredible act's of very bad luck, no one asked the crazy android David, like hey man what's with all of the dead bodies and ask if they are safe in David's lair ??? For which he says that everything is quite alright, now I don't know about you but I would be armed to the teeth and looking for a way out of this house of horrors !!! But no, while captain idiot is watching David making friends of the beast that has been feasting on one of his crew and shoots the zeno as David freaks out seeing captain idiot killing his own creation and ask captain idiot to follow him down deep into his own creations and lie's to him then everything is just okie dokie and lead's him up close and personal with a overmorth declaring that all is well and dandy and it's not, not even close by the way, so now the egg opend up and while he is cautious, David informs him that everything is perfectly safe, because David said so and as we all know Androids don't lie , huh ya right. Anyway he tells the captain that all is well, but we all know that this is definitely not the case and for his troubles gets facef hugged by a lovely alien creature , I can go on and on but the results are truly the very same . To end this I have absolutely no idea why they went down to this godforsaken place in the first place and the rest of this movie just sucked so bas !!! It makes me wonder as to why they put out this trash in the first place !!! I highly recommend that you don't spend your money seeing this terrible movie that ever was . End of transmission because it just isn't worth seeing !! Believe that truly !!! This movie was just completely horrible and not worthy of discussion .
I give you my vision of the movie, in every alien movie there is always a real, secret mission carried on by the corporation and the crew is always expendable, in the first Alien movie the real mission was to take the alien back to earth to make a weapon of it, in Prometheus the real mission was to cure Weiland and make him immortal, it's pretty clear to me that this movie is the same, the real mission here is to save David and his knowledge about engineers and aliens. It's not a chance this ship happened to break exactly near the planet of David, it's not a chance this colonizing mission totally missed the existance of this planet perfect for life, it's not a chance this mission have Walter, a perfect copy of David so he could take his place. I think it is all a plan, like it always was with other movies of this franchise.
Why would the alien go straight to the claw when he spent two minutes on the scene trying to get inside. He could have dogded the claw and went after the girl. How stupid was it for the dumb alien to jump into it 😂 like bruh what garbage lazy scene that was.
This has been stated over 100 times in this comment section, but I will re state it. This is a Protomorph, a reverse engineered xeno built outlet off of what David found in Xenomorph DNA. This one has less intelligence and is more aggressive and feral than a Xenomorph. However, it is rude to assume that the animal that was just born a few minutes ago would understand that that girl is controlling the crane. It likely saw the massive thing with a mouth like structure heading straight for it as a bigger threat, and if you pay attention to the actions of the Proto, it appears to be trying to attack the crane, and rip it up.
bad movie, the cgi alien's looked better than the practical lol android fight's... meh. stupid crew who ditched their mission to go chasing ghosts... MEH no space suits...wtf really bad ship design...looks like a dong hauler and lander ships...suck so much walter's bad accent... awful and I love the Fass just straight up making David evil... well the best thing about prometheus was not really knowing for sure if he was or wasn't finale... was an incoherent mess and looked dumb, and sexy scene's where they get killed why ? all in all the movie could have done with being more in the moment without the flashback of david killing the engineer's - rather it was just heavily implied he killed them. the scene at the beginning with weyland was beyond stupid. jesus ridley flashbacks and prologue scene's are beneath you !!!

Talk about "killing the validity of a franchise".

Is this before she goes vegan? Or after he changes into a shemorph?
Yikes
I deeply despise this movie.
Everything seemed to flop harder than the MCU, Let’s just hope that the rebooted Alien movie/film will just be properly good than the last one. And hey at least we still have the Godzilla and Transformer movies.
Albeit if these aliens were real I don't think anyone can't handle that due to the fear that has come over them when seeing this thing even for a couple meters away from them. Because If I was there I would be paralyzed and just stand there to not moving but Just to scared to move a muscle even when that is legitimately crawling, running, walking, tree that fast.
Jones Cynthia White Patricia Walker James
worst movie in the alien franchise , second would be Alien Resurrection
Unless you want to count AVP R, but that's in it's own continuity.
bad cgi...... boring.
Where is David now fuck story line
It's unbelievable how stupid the writing is in this movie..
Dumbest alien movie ever made
Please stop making alien movies
Rated S for stupid, just like the Star Wars prequels.
Yes lets just hover around at low level then aim at high ground and slowly gain altitude, stupid story, stupid ship
God, Danny McBride sucks at acting here
No, he’s just playing a southern character. I am from the south and I know at least 5 people who would act just like him.
This movie is simply a shit.
we understand that cinema is not your strong point
@@rosadeltramundo There is a huge difference between movies and movies.
bad movie, the cgi alien's looked better than the practical lol
android fight's... meh.
stupid crew who ditched their mission to go chasing ghosts... MEH
no space suits...wtf
really bad ship design...looks like a dong
hauler and lander ships...suck so much
walter's bad accent... awful and I love the Fass
just straight up making David evil... well the best thing about prometheus was not really knowing for sure if he was or wasn't
finale... was an incoherent mess and looked dumb, and sexy scene's where they get killed why ?
all in all the movie could have done with being more in the moment without the flashback of david killing the engineer's - rather it was just heavily implied he killed them.
the scene at the beginning with weyland was beyond stupid. jesus ridley flashbacks and prologue scene's are beneath you !!!
